By cultivating a trusted and supportive environment for meaningful interactions among the most senior female investment professionals, we provide our members opportunities to network, share ideas, make deep connections with peers, and empower each other to succeed. Our members are leaders from endowments, foundations, pension plans, fund-of-funds, family offices, venture, buyout and mezzanine firms, consultants, and select advisory firms. They represent institutions with over $3 trillion in AUM.

She is also the creator of Project Pinklight, which is a program to help accelerate the formation of Private Equity and Venture Capital funds by women. She is CEO of The Williams Legacy Foundation which focuses its philanthropy on advancing opportunities for women and minorities in the financial services industry, as well as promoting opportunities for fellowship among diverse groups. WLF supports the work of institutions such as The Toigo Foundation and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity among others. Kelly is a strong business development professional with a Doctor of Law - JD focused in Law from New York University.
