We know confidence is something we all can struggle with, however we hope our experiences can help you relate to, as well as break the stigma behind beauty standards. Confidence comes from our own ability, not appearance although most of us have trouble seeing that. This episode hopes to expand on that topic in a lighthearted and explicit way to help any of our listeners feel better in their own skin as we divulge into our own past.
