In this episode, we sit down with Elle Wilks, confidence advocate and co-founder of Fearless Girls Club, to explore a pattern many parents notice but don't always understand: why girls' confidence so often drops around age 10.This is the age when many girls shift from carefree self-expression to self-consciousness. Peer approval, appearance, performance, and social comparison begin to carry more weight. What once felt easy — speaking up, trying new things, being silly, taking risks — can suddenly feel loaded with fear of getting it wrong.Elle shares what is happening developmentally, socially, and emotionally during this stage, and how subtle messages about being “good,” “nice,” and “liked” can slowly disconnect girls from their authentic voice. We talk about the growing influence of friendships, perfectionism, school pressure, and the early impact of social media culture — even before many girls are officially online.Drawing from her work with girls and families through Fearless Girls Club, an award-winning UK social enterprise supporting girls aged 8–12, Elle explains how confidence isn't built through lectures — it grows through experiences of courage, creativity, and connection. Their monthly themed activity boxes are designed to spark those moments, giving girls practical tools, stories, and creative challenges that nurture bravery, kindness, and self-worth in a hands-on, meaningful way. Most importantly, this conversation is packed with practical ways parents can respond when confidence begins to wobble. You'll learn how to:• notice early signs of shrinking confidence• support bravery without adding pressure• shift conversations away from appearance and toward identity• help girls build resilience after social setbacks• create a home environment that protects self-worthIf you've seen your once bold, expressive child become more hesitant, emotional, or self-critical, this episode will help you understand why — and show you how to gently guide her back toward self-trust.An empowering listen for parents, educators, and anyone who wants to help girls grow up grounded, confident, and secure in who they are.

What If Your Next Shot… Your Next Sale… Your Next Decision… Is the One That Changes Everything? Today I've got one of your all-time favorite guests back on the show, and there's a reason the downloads go through the roof every time he's here. When I sit down with Alan Stein Jr, you get value in every single minute. We're talking about mindset, emotional control, confidence, intensity, and what it really takes to separate yourself from the pack. Alan's new book, Next Play, isn't just about sports. It's about life. It's about what you do after you miss the shot, lose the sale, get knocked down, or make a mistake you wish you could take back. We unpack what Alan calls having a “whiteboard memory.” The great ones erase the miss and step into the next moment like it never happened. Think about that. How many of us drag the last mistake into the next opportunity? How many people let one bad quarter, one breakup, one failure define their identity? Alan and I talk about why attaching your self-worth to outcomes is a trap. Confidence is not built on results. It's built on process, preparation, keeping the promises you make to yourself, and mastering the fundamentals. That's where real separation happens. We also dive into one of the most powerful lessons I've ever heard about excellence. Alan shares the story of working with Kobe Bryant at 3:30 in the morning. Not flashy drills. Not tricks. Just relentless attention to the basics. Kobe told him, “I never get bored with the basics.” That line alone could change your life. The great ones do not skip steps. They do not get distracted by hype. They obsess over mastery. And they stack that obsession for years. That is how you create separation no one can catch. But this episode is not just about performance. It's about fulfillment. Alan challenges the idea that we should chase happiness. Happiness is fleeting. Fulfillment is built. It's built through resilience, emotional regulation, accountability, and learning how to move to the next play without becoming a victim of the last one. We talk about parenting, leadership, business, relationships, and what to do when you're flat on the canvas and need a way forward. If you're in a season where you need a reset, this conversation is your blueprint. I'll tell you this. The most powerful thing Alan said today is that your next play can be your best play. Not because the last one was perfect, but because you learned from it. Your mistakes are not your identity. They are part of your collage. And if you're willing to forgive yourself, adjust, and step forward with intention, your next 50 years can be your best 50 years. This one will hit you right between the eyes in the best way possible. Key Takeaways: Why you must separate your emotions from your performance How to build confidence through process instead of outcomes The power of mastering the basics and stacking consistency over time What to do when you've failed and need to create your next play Why fulfillment beats chasing happiness every time How accountability and emotional regulation shape leaders and families If you're ready to stop replaying the last mistake and start attacking the next opportunity, this episode is for you. Let's go make your next play your best one. Max Out.

Welcome to another completely normal, absolutely unhinged daily comedy show where the tech almost fails, the allergies are aggressive, and somehow we open three cosmic portals before 9am.Today starts with a good old-fashioned Gen X troubleshooting session (did we unplug it? Did we punch it? Did we blow in it like an NES cartridge?) before diving into Rafe's first round of allergy shots. Nothing bonds strangers faster than sitting in a medical waiting room comparing chronic symptoms like it's poker night. Meanwhile, Riz recounts the time his kid's lips swelled up mid-shot and casually reminds us that yes — sometimes the sniffles are not just the sniffles. From there? Oh, we go spiritual. It's apparently the Lunar New Year, a solar eclipse, AND the Age of Aquarius — meaning we've got 72 hours of Fire Horse energy to fix our lives. Or at least start a band with our reborn co-host. We break down what the Year of the Fire Horse means, revisit 2014 like it was a hazy fever dream of sushi photos and mall carousels, and try to remember anything meaningful we did before TikTok ruined our attention spans. Then we spiral (intellectually, obviously).Would you rather be a dumbass who looks smart… or a genius who looks like a dumbass? The debate gets heated. Confidence vs. competence. Ignorance vs. misery. Comment section energy vs. tortured Iowa genius energy. It's basically philosophy… if philosophy drank gas station coffee. We also tackle the most “normal” things that secretly feel meaningless — signing group birthday cards for coworkers you wouldn't recognize at Schnucks, pretending to read terms & conditions, awkwardly standing through the Happy Birthday song, and the endless, soul-crushing treadmill of dishes. Is making your bed just pushing a rock up a hill? Are meetings just corporate theater? Why are we like this? And then… the hypothetical that broke the room:You get $20 million tax free. But one of your co-hosts turns into a baby. You must raise them. No babysitters. 18 years.Who's the easiest child? Who's getting stage-parented into a boy band? Who's definitely not surviving puberty in Rafe's house? Alliances are formed. Feelings are hurt. Scott somehow becomes the universal “safe pick.” Learn plots revenge. Moon declines more parenting. Riz considers conservatorship-level management. It's chaos. It's existential. It's petty. It's hilarious.Just another completely reasonable episode of your favorite daily comedy show where we solve nothing but talk about everything.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO. Luke opens the conversation by sharing how true transformation begins with self awareness and emotional responsibility. He talks about how many people want motivation but only when it arrives in a comfortable, soft package. Real growth, he explains, often comes from being challenged, disrupted, and shaken out of old patterns. A major theme in this episode is the reaction people have to Luke's strong language. He addresses the backlash he receives for swearing and explains that these reactions are rarely about the words themselves. From a psychological and self awareness perspective, being triggered by language is often connected to past experiences, childhood conditioning, strict parenting, or verbal abuse in relationships. The nervous system remembers tone, emotion, and intensity more than the actual message. Luke makes it clear that he is not the trauma of anyone listening. He is not the angry parent, not the toxic partner, not the person who once spoke down to them. He is a motivational speaker and coach whose intention is to inspire, challenge, and help people wake up to their potential. He invites listeners to pause when they feel triggered and to ask themselves what memory or belief is being touched inside them. The episode explores the power of authenticity. Luke shares that he refuses to water down his personality to fit into a box that makes everyone comfortable. Confidence grows when we stop pretending and start speaking from truth. He encourages people to stop giving their power away to external judgments and to listen for the intention behind the message instead of reacting to the surface. Another powerful point is about personal responsibility. Emotional maturity means understanding that no one can make you feel something without your inner world participating. If a word or tone creates anger, that emotion already existed inside, and the moment becomes an opportunity for healing rather than blame. Luke finishes the episode with a strong message of belief. He reminds listeners that everything he creates comes from a place of love and a desire to see people rise. The goal is not to offend, but to awaken courage, confidence, and self respect in those who are ready to hear it. DISCLAIMER The content shared in this episode reflects personal opinions, experiences, and motivational perspectives. It is not intended as psychological or medical advice. Some language used may be strong and is part of Luke's authentic expression. In this episode, Sarah welcomes Jen Mueller, founder of Talk Sporty to Me, to talk about the small wins that build unshakable confidence. What if the problem isn't that moms are failing—but that we've built systems that quietly ask them to do the impossible and then blame them when they struggle? My guest today, Rebecca Geshuri, sits at the intersection of motherhood, mental health, and compassion in a way that feels deeply needed right now. We talk about why so many moms feel like they're failing even when they're doing everything they possibly can. We unpack the crushing mental load, the lack of structural support, and how quickly shame spirals take hold when moms feel they're “not good enough.”This is a conversation about empathy, support, and the quiet strength of caregiving—and why taking better care of moms in the workplace and beyond ultimately makes all of us stronger. To access the episode transcript, go to www.TheEmpathyEdge.com, search by episode title.Listen in for…Why having healthy and supported mothers is key in our organizations and society.Lessons businesses and organizations can learn from mothers. How to stop assuming and do more noticing and learning about the mothers in your organization. Frank Weisser is a two-time Blue Angels Pilot who was deployed in combat three separate times, including to Afghanistan and Iraq. He has accumulated more than 5,000 flight hours and nearly 500 carrier arrested landings. His decorations include multiple Meritorious Service Medals, Strike Flight Air Medals and various personal and unit awards. Because of his experience flying at extreme low altitudes and inverted, he was the pilot for the most complex and memorable air combat scenes in Top Gun: Maverick. His book is titled Lead Solo: Learning Life's Vectors from an F/A-18 Blue Angel Aviator.  Summary Frank Weisser's career sits at a rare intersection: Navy fighter pilot, two-time Blue Angels pilot, combat deployments, and the low-altitude stunt flying that helped make Top Gun: Maverick feel real. Early in the conversation, Frank reframes what looks like "crazy risk" from the outside into a disciplined craft: aviation is inherently dangerous, but the real skill is identifying known risks and systematically mitigating them through the right people, the right preparation, and the right standards.   The episode then rewinds to a formative disappointment: Frank entered the Naval Academy intent on becoming a SEAL, didn't get selected, and had to confront a painful identity-level failure. What changed his trajectory wasn't a new goal, but a reframing of motivation from "how I serve" to "that I serve," even if the role wasn't what he originally wanted. That lesson becomes a through-line for everything that follows: mission first, ego second, and meaning found in the sacrifice itself.   From there, Frank breaks down what makes the Blue Angels such a high-functioning team. "Glad to be here" isn't a slogan; it's a culture-building mechanism rooted in gratitude, humility, and the idea that the work is bigger than the individual. The team reinforces that culture through small, repeatable behaviors and through the "great equalizer" effect of an environment that demands confidence without cockiness.   Finally, the conversation translates elite aviation into practical leadership. Frank shares specific approaches to focus (compartmentalizing distractions), decision-making under pressure (the discipline to "underreact in the extreme"), trust-building (earned trust through vulnerability and consistency), and learning velocity (a debrief culture that prioritizes what went wrong so tomorrow gets better). Woven through it all is his definition of excellence: pushing past comfort, taking measured risks, being willing to fail, and then rebuilding smarter.   Takeaways ·        Risk isn't eliminated in high-stakes work; it's acknowledged upfront and managed through preparation, expertise, and process. ·        "Mission first" is a practical operating system, not a motivational poster. It keeps ego from quietly taking over. ·        Gratitude can be engineered into culture through small rituals, and those rituals compound into trust and performance. ·        Confidence is required, but cockiness is actively corrected by a team that refuses to let anyone go rogue. ·        Compartmentalization is a skill: name the distraction, surface it with the team when needed, then "do not disturb" your mind for the task. ·        When you're solo, focus comes back to priorities: stop saying "I didn't have time" and tell the truth about what wasn't a priority. ·        Fear shrinks when you're properly prepared: know the systems, memorize the critical failures, rehearse in simulation, then execute. ·        The best operators train themselves to underreact. Even one second of composure can be the difference between solving the right problem and making it worse. ·        Trust is built fastest through earned vulnerability and consistency, not "blind trust." ·        Excellence, in Frank's words, is helping yourself and others attempt what feels out of reach, being willing to fail, and restarting with better intelligence.   Notes: Book: Lead Solo: Learning Life's Vectors from an F/A-18 Blue Angel Aviator Frank Weisser leadership consulting: https://frankweisser.net/

Episode OverviewHave you ever trusted a referral or hired an “expert,” only to discover they lacked the competence to deliver real results? In this personal solo episode of the Give A Heck Podcast, I reveal the hard truth behind blind trust, guru culture, and the costly consequences of assuming expertise without verification. After losing tens of thousands of dollars and watching my business stall, I was forced to confront the reality of misplaced trust. Through artificial intelligence, faith, and personal accountability, I uncovered critical gaps and began rebuilding from a place of clarity and ownership. This episode is a wake‑up call for entrepreneurs, coaches, and professionals who want to protect their business, finances, and future from preventable mistakes. What You Will Learn• Why blind trust in referrals and consultants leads to financial loss• How confidence can disguise incompetence• The hidden dangers of guru culture and online programs• How AI exposed business gaps and revealed the truth• Why accountability is essential for rebuilding momentum• How to properly verify expertise before hiring anyone• The emotional, financial, and spiritual impact of misplaced trustHow Blind Trust Created Loss and StagnationTrust has always been a core value in my life and business. I believed referrals equaled credibility. That belief became one of the most expensive lessons of my career.Over six years, I hired referred “experts” who lacked the competence to deliver meaningful results. The outcome: financial loss, stalled growth, and emotional exhaustion. Trust without verification created vulnerability. The Referral Trap and Illusion of ExpertiseReferrals often feel like validation, but they're frequently based on assumptions—not proven results. Confidence, charisma, and reputation can mask a lack of real skill. Verification must replace blind trust. How the Pandemic Increased VulnerabilityDuring the pandemic, urgency and emotional stress replaced proper due diligence. Investments in consultants and marketing experts failed to deliver, costing tens of thousands and delaying progress. This became a turning point that forced a complete reevaluation. How AI Helped Reveal the TruthArtificial intelligence became a powerful tool for uncovering what had been overlooked. By analyzing my systems, digital presence, and strategy, AI exposed gaps no consultant had ever addressed. This clarity became the foundation for rebuilding with ownership and accountability.Personal Accountability and Reclaiming ControlI realized no one would ever care about my success more than I do. Rebuilding required taking full responsibility, verifying expertise, and trusting myself to make better decisions. This shift restored confidence and momentum.Faith, Integrity, and Spiritual AccountabilityFaith guides how I approach business and relationships. Integrity, responsibility, and alignment protect my future and ensure peace in my decisions.Guru Culture and False PromisesMany consultants and programs rely on emotional persuasion rather than sustainable results. Verification and due diligence are essential before trusting anyone with your money or business.Trust But VerifyTrust must be earned and validated. Modern tools—including AI—allow you to confirm expertise and protect your time, money, and future. Verification is no longer optional; it's a necessity.Connect with Dwight Heck

What separates solopreneurs who stay stuck from those who scale into something bigger? In this episode of The Aspiring Solopreneur, Carly Ries and Joe Rando sit down with attorney and business strategist Brandon Williams, whose experience working with major brands like Steve Harvey Global gives him a unique perspective on what it really takes to grow a business from a single idea into a lasting legacy.Brandon breaks down one of the biggest myths about solopreneurship: that doing it alone means building it alone. He explains why the most successful solopreneurs actively build networks, leverage contractors, and think years ahead, even when they're just starting out.Whether you're still in the idea phase or actively growing your business, this conversation will help you shift from thinking small to building intentionally. What You'll Learn in This EpisodeWhy solopreneurs should think like CEOs, even on day oneHow to scale without hiring employees (using contractors and partnerships)The mindset shift that helps solopreneurs overcome imposter syndromeHow to break big, long-term goals into actionable daily prioritiesThe legal structures solopreneurs should set up early (like LLCs and contracts)Why sharing your idea accelerates growth instead of risking itHow to build confidence when entering rooms with more “established” peopleThe biggest partnership mistakes solopreneurs make (and how to avoid them)Why effort and momentum attract opportunities and supportKey Takeaways1. Flying solo doesn't mean building alone Solopreneurs who scale successfully surround themselves with contractors, mentors, and collaborators.2. Confidence comes from action, not experience The difference between those who succeed and those who don't is often the willingness to try.3. Structure makes your business real Creating an LLC, separating finances, and putting agreements in place protects your future growth.4. Focus on where you're going, not just where you are Thinking years ahead helps guide better decisions today.5. Effort attracts momentum Taking consistent action creates opportunities, connections, and growth.Episode FAQsHow can solopreneurs scale their business without hiring employees?Solopreneurs can scale by building a network of contractors, freelancers, and collaborators instead of hiring full-time employees. This allows them to expand their capabilities, take on more clients, and increase revenue while maintaining flexibility and low overhead. Many successful solopreneurs use contractors for marketing, operations, design, and technical work. What legal structure should a solopreneur set up when starting a business? Most solopreneurs should create an LLC (Limited Liability Company) early in their business. An LLC separates personal and business assets, protecting the owner from personal liability if legal issues arise. Solopreneurs should also open a separate business bank account and use written agreements with contractors and clients. How do solopreneurs build confidence when starting or growing a business?Solopreneurs build confidence through action, not experience alone. Taking small steps, such as networking, talking about their business, working with clients, and executing consistently, helps build belief over time. Even experienced business leaders are constantly learning, and confidence grows by doing, not waiting until everything feels perfect.

Consistency under pressure can look effortless from the outside. But if you've ever stood there waiting to salute, you know it rarely feels that way. In this episode, I sit down with LSU freshman Haley Mustari to break down what actually creates that calm, confident performance. After watching her stick her first collegiate bar routine, I wanted to know what was going on in her mind. Her answer was simple: “Do your normal.” She is not trying to be extraordinary in the moment. She is trusting the reps she has already done.We talk about how visualization became part of her daily routine, not just something she turns on at meets. When mental skills are practiced every day, they feel natural under pressure. She also shares how she uses short, clear cues to stay focused one skill at a time, instead of letting her thoughts spiral. We explore failure, too. From a Level 9 bar routine that ended in a fall and a score of 1, to years of repetition that built real awareness, Haley shows how mistakes become information. Frustration, for her, sharpens focus instead of creating drama. If you struggle with overthinking or carrying mistakes from one event to the next, this conversation will help you reset. Confidence is not about being perfect. It is about trusting your preparation and narrowing your focus to what you can control right now.In this episode, you will hear • Why “do your normal” is a powerful competition mindset • How daily visualization builds trust under pressure • How to turn frustration into focus • Why failure is part of long-term confidenceIn this week's episode of the PerformHappy Podcast, I share how trusting your training and simplifying your mindset can help you compete with more calm, clarity, and confidence.Learn exactly what to say and do to guide your athlete through a mental block with my new book "Parenting Through Mental Blocks" Order your copy today: https://a.co/d/g990BurFollow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/complete_performance/ Join my FaceBook page: https://www.facebook.com/completeperformancecoaching/ Check out my website: https://completeperformancecoaching.com/Write to me! Ever feel like your brain won't stick to one task, your to-do list breeds at night, and every decision carries the weight of a parenting manual? Same. Jess sits down to unpack the first year of motherhood with candor and humor: why trusting your intuition beats crowdsourced panic, how a “second baby mindset” lowers stress on the very first kid, and the simple truth that rest isn't a reward—it's strategy. We walk through seven real-life lessons that actually change the day-to-day: combo feeding to relieve pressure, splitting night shifts to protect sanity, and asking for help without apology. Jess gets honest about identity too—the part no one can do for you. There's no going back to who you were before, and that can feel like loss until you realize it's an opening. With therapy, deconditioning old beliefs about time and worth, and a tighter circle, the new version starts to feel like home. That shift touches everything from how you work to how you show up for joy, like stopping to feel snow on your face instead of racing to the car.Community is the throughline. The village probably won't arrive fully formed; you'll build it from neighbors, online groups, library programs, and one friend who answers at 2 a.m. That's why we're reopening the Selfish Sisterhood—connection first, less calendar clutter, deeper support. And when sleep wobbles or routines fall apart, we lean on a grounding mantra: it's just a phase. It will pass. Meanwhile, choose presence where you can and laugh at the yogurt on the floor before you wipe it up.If this resonates, hit play and share it with a friend who could use a softer, sturdier way to parent. In this powerful episode of Raising Confident Girls, host Melissa Jones explores two moments that leave many parents feeling unsure: when their daughter compares herself to others—and when she comes home from school and completely falls apart.Melissa reframes comparison as something far more meaningful than a confidence problem. Rather than seeing it as insecurity or weakness, she explains that comparison is a normal developmental signal. It's how girls begin to understand where they fit socially, what matters to them, and how they see themselves in relation to others. Instead of dismissing comments like “She's prettier than me” or “I'm not as smart as her,” Melissa guides parents toward responding with empathy—acknowledging feelings first, then helping girls recognize their own unique strengths. She also unpacks the all-too-familiar “after-school unraveling.” If your daughter holds it together all day only to melt down the moment she gets home, Melissa offers a reassuring perspective: this emotional release is often a sign of safety and trust. Home is where she feels secure enough to let her guard down. Beneath the tears and frustration lies emotional effort, social pressure, and the hard work of self-regulation.Throughout the episode, Melissa shares practical and compassionate tools to help parents:Understand why comparison is developmentally normalRespond without minimizing or dismissing feelingsRecognize after-school meltdowns as signs of emotional safetyAvoid common reactions that unintentionally shut girls downCreate a home environment where feelings are welcomed, not fixedBuild connection, resilience, and lasting confidenceThis episode is a reassuring reminder that big emotions are not problems to solve—but opportunities to strengthen trust and deepen connection. When parents respond with empathy, steadiness, and understanding, they provide the stable foundation girls need to grow into confident, self-aware young women.Download the Quick Tips PDF of today's episode for future reference. If you know a parent who could benefit from this conversation, share this episode with them! Actor, creator, and entrepreneur Luke Cook joins Gabby Reece for an honest, funny, and deeply reflective conversation about creativity, rejection, faith, and building a meaningful life.Luke shares his unconventional journey from growing up in Australia as the youngest of five, to chasing comedy and acting in Hollywood — including seven years of near-constant auditions with little visible success. He speaks candidly about rejection, identity, and why loving the craft itself matters more than external validation. The conversation moves fluidly between creativity and discipline, faith and doubt, ego and humility. Luke reflects on fatherhood, marriage, and the grounding power of family — as well as the importance of play, presence, and not taking success (or failure) too seriously. They also explore Luke's entrepreneurial ventures, including building a “no-weird-stuff” protein shake brand, creative coaching for founders, and using humor to communicate without shame. Throughout, Luke emphasizes curiosity, integrity, and joy as essential ingredients for longevity — in work and in life. This episode is about staying in the game, trusting the process, and remembering that success isn't a destination — it's how you live along the way.⏱️ CHAPTERS- Intro & meeting Luke- Growing up the youngest of five- Early love of performance and comedy- Discipline, training, and loving the craft- Moving to LA & chasing the dream- Years of auditions and rejection- Ego, ambition, and humility- Faith, doubt, and finding a north star- Marriage, fatherhood, and family grounding- Creativity vs. external validation- Building a values-driven business- Content, comedy, and honest communication- Relationships, partnership, and play- What success really looks like- Staying joyful in uncertainty- Closing reflections WHAT STAYED WITH MELoving the work matters more than loving the outcome.Rejection doesn't end careers — quitting does.Discipline follows passion. When you care deeply enough, showing up becomes natural.Ego needs humility to stay healthy.Confidence fuels performance; humility keeps you grounded.Family changes the definition of success.Responsibility, presence, and play become the real markers.Faith doesn't eliminate doubt. It gives you somewhere to return when things feel unstable.Joy is a choice.Especially when the path forward isn't clear.WHY IT'S WORTH SLOWING DOWN FOR THISWe live in a culture that celebrates instant success and overnight wins — often ignoring the long, invisible seasons of work that come before them.Luke's story is a reminder that staying in the game matters. That creativity doesn't expire. And that meaning is built through patience, integrity, and connection — not applause. If you're navigating uncertainty, rejection, or a season of waiting, this conversation offers perspective worth sitting with.FIND LUKELuke CookInstagram & TikTok: https://www.instagram.com/thelukecookProtein brand: https://getshakewell.comFOR MORE ON GABBYInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/gabbyreece/TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@gabbyreeceofficialYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@GabbyReeceThe Gabby Reece Show Podcast: Available on all major platformsEpisode sponsors:Get up to 30% off OneSkin with the code GABBYREECE at https://www.oneskin.co/GABBYREECE #oneskinpodDon't let another year go by feeling less than your best.
