What can I say that hasn't already been said about the man known as Jeremy Berruto? A humble podcaster, husband, father, and avid movie goer. He has such a unique perspective and insight on movies and how they play a part not only in his life but, in our society as a whole. This episode is just a taste to his insight in which him and his brother dive deep on in their podcast, "The Midnight Watch Podcast". Do yourself a favor and subscribe to it wherever you get your podcasts. You won't regret it!
Here it is everybody! We're talking about sex and stuff! This week we had the pleasure taking a peek behind the curtain of a very polarizing topic. Sex work! By speaking with a woman who has a robust following both on Tik Tok and on Only Fans as well! Her name is Colleen and she is an exotic dancer, commonly known as a stripper. But she's also a sex worker, salesperson, entrepreneur, mother and partner. Join us as we take a shallow dip into the gigantic pool that is sex work. This episode coincides directly with the previous episode on gender identity. We sat down and had a very honest and open conversation with a transgender woman named Chloe, and asked her about some of the hardships she's faced, the acceptance she's beengranted as well as the love and hate she's been given for her decision to live unashamed of who she is. With everything from the secret service to masturbation, this is definitely an episode you'll be challenged by. You will occasionally hear a beep. Aaron made the decision to edit out Chole's dead name (the name she was given at birth). You will understand why this decision was made when you listen to the full episode and grasp the full scope of Chloe's story. And remember, You Are Not Alone.
Welcome back listeners to Through the Mirror. Sorry we have been a little out of it for a while. It has been a less than ideal year, but we're excited to start making a podcast again! We are taking the show in a different direction for this episode. We recorded with Miranda and Zac individually, to get their opinions on gender identity, gender norms and how the world views trans and cisgender men and women, differently. There is a very welcome unity between the co-hosts and how they view socitial gender stereotypes, despite not being recorded together. Call it an in-house social experiment. How do we define forgiveness? Should we always forgive? What happens when we don't forgive? How we go about forgiving is a personal battle we all face. Are some people unforgivable? Do we as a species require forgiveness? Why forgive something or someone that has wronged you? Join us on this episode as Miranda, Zac and Myself discuss our feelings on forgiveness, holding onto anger, grudges, and how we go about forgiving a person or entity who has wronged us. We are joined today by a long time friend of Aaron's. Shannon is a writer that explores sexual shame. Her and Aaron have had a few conversations about purity culture and what it has done to the sex lives of so many Christians/former Christians. We have a lengthy conversation on that very issue in this episode. Make sure you find us on Facebook to join the conversation! https://www.facebook.com/throughthemirrorpod/
Matthew 22 v 39 tells us that we sould love our neighbors as ourselves. LiToyia explains what that means in the year 2020. Specifically what it means to love people of color. Not just on a surface level but a deep and intimate level that effects change in our polarizing political climate.

Today we are meeting Zac. Zac explains how the questions he asked himself growing up led him in a path to becoming an atheist. I really enjoyed interviewing Zac not only because I've know him for years but also because it gave me a chance to hear a story from a personal friend that came to a different conclusion by way of the same questions.
