A lot of people seem to have questions about how to apply for a mortgage and the mortgage process itself. In this episode I try to take some of the mystery out of the application process. I also point out that it is helpful to have a loan officer that can act as an advisor. What documents are required when applying for a mortgage? What types of income is acceptable?
