    Lee Pemberton is an experienced investor & entrepreneur. At a young age Lee became the British Karate Champion and quickly understood the concept of applying his mindset not only in physical way but also in business. By an early age of 19, Lee set up his business by creating his first health club and soon after built his own home at only 21 years old. In 1995, Lee sold his health club and his first home and moved oversea's to Asia where he started another business in consulting whilst studying for his MBA! After 3 years Lee then returned to the UK and set up his first Serviced Accommodation business in the year 2000. Lee then built up a whopping 150 apartments around the UK. However by 2008, Lee had to place the business into voluntary receivership due to banking crisis! Loosing his £5 Million+ property portfolio overnight, Lee put his entrepreneurial spirit into action and started to grind on his serviced accommodation business again to build a sustainable business in property development, rent to rent and property management. Lee believes his knowledge and his network are his biggest asset and he wants to create the following flow : Project - Promotion - Process - People - Profit.
