During my journey dealing with mental health issues, I have been fortunate to surround myself with folks that allow me talk with, more important that LISTEN. I realized the importance of having an outlet, but having someone LISTENING to me was as important. We can have an outlet, but how many of us can truly say folks are genuinely being heard? That is why Wait One Mic Podcast created, in order to provide others a platform to share/discuss things that are either important to them and be heard.

On this episode: I am joined by Moncks Corner's very own Danny Foxworth! I would say he's about the most famous out of that region of the country, only second to Charlemagne Da God. Danny and I only know of each other via our social media interactions. I reached out to Danny to get the low down on how he has managed to secure over 1k followers? But our conversation changed when Danny wanted to discuss him experience with Sleep Apnea and CPAP Machine. I never met anyone that has that struggle and thought it would make for a good conversation. Even through it all, we are still here doing our thing. Hope you listen and hopefully in can reassuring to many out that they are not alone with these thoughts and feelings. Enjoy. Life comes at us fast that sometimes we don't take time to indulge in it like we would like to. Dealing with mental health is similar but has its challenges. Growing up in the Hispanic community there are certain things that are not spoken to and/or about out in the open.
