Hi loves, after an unplanned 4/5 weeks long hiatus I am back and I am sitting in my grief and fatigue. This episode is a tip of the iceberg exploration or rather glimpse, into experiencing grief, fatigue and all these feel; and sitting in it.

Hey loves, in this episode we sit to chat about Umsamo. This is a follow up episode from episode 3 where we spoke about African spirituality and what it looks like for me. Let's talk a bit about African Spirituality and try to tackle my experiences of it, pre and post spiritual initiation. What brought about this topic is the ignorance of people assuming that a lot of young people are undergoing spiritual initiation because it's a trend and fashionable.
