Our latest Contrarian episode comes with the end of the SCOTUS term looming, primaries shaking the Democratic party, and a key court ruling threatening Trump's slush fund. A pair of Contrarian stalwarts—Maria Cardona and Norm Eisen—join Harry to break it all down. Has the Supreme Court just further broken our immigration system? And what will its final rulings of the term bring? Have mainstream Democrats lost their mojo? And could a new avenue of judicial scrutiny doom Trump's ugliest self-deal? Leveling Up: Creating Everything From Nothing with Natalie Jill
Tired of choking down pills and wondering if any of it is showing up? Transdermal could be the answer. The Patch Method bypasses our digestion and liver completely. Super easy, just slap it on. Code NATALIEJILL for 20% off at http://thepatchmethod.com PLUS… DM "NatalieJill" to @the.patchmethod on Instagram and the first 50 people will receive a free patch kit of their choice plus four free samples. What if the drawer full of supplements you have been faithfully taking every morning is actually making your liver work harder without making you feel any better? If you have ever walked out of a functional medicine or naturopathic appointment with a list of twelve supplements, spent hundreds of dollars filling that order, and then showed up to your next appointment still deficient in the very things you were supplementing, you are not alone. And according to Lindsey Burwell, founder of The Patch Method, you are also not the problem. Lindsey was one of my most talked-about guests ever, and she is back for part two because your questions did not stop after our first conversation. Today we go even deeper into why swallowing supplements is often a losing game for midlife women, and what transdermal delivery actually does differently at a physiological level. We cover the science of first-pass metabolism and why your liver, already under enormous strain from modern life, is simply not prioritizing breaking down your vitamin C. We talk about what "pill fatigue" really is and why it is only getting louder. And we get into the specific patches Lindsey has developed, including the detox patch, the cortisol fix, the menopause patch, and the one I have been waiting to try: the GHKCU copper peptide glow patch, which has serious research behind it for skin regeneration, hair growth, and cellular repair. I also finally get Lindsey to walk me through why the injectable version of that copper peptide causes that intense, all-day throbbing sensation, and why the transdermal version sidesteps that entirely. Spoiler: it comes back to dose. If you have MTHFR or a slow COMT and have had bad reactions to methylated B vitamins, Lindsey explains exactly why the patch form does not cause that same stimulant response. We also dig into who should and should not be using these patches, how to stack them, and why you do not have to give up the supplements that are already working for you. This is one of those episodes that makes you want to go audit your entire supplement cabinet. WE GO DEEP ON: Why your liver may be working 3,000x harder than it used to Why supplements are dosed at 10,000% of your daily need What actually happens to a pill before it reaches your bloodstream Why MTHFR carriers react badly to B vitamins in pill form, not patches The detox patch protocol for clearing excess estrogen on HRT Why the GHKCU injectable causes all-day throbbing, and the patch doesn't What 90 days of copper peptide use can do for hair and skin The adaptogen blend behind some of the best sleep scores Lindsey has seen Whether you can stack multiple patches at once Who should never use these patches Catch the full episode on YOUTUBE HERE: https://bit.ly/MidlifeConversationsYouTube Learn More About Lindsey Burwell Instagram ➜ http://www.instagram.com/the.patchmethod Website ➜ http://thepatchmethod.com use code NATALIEJILL to save Free Gifts for being a listener of Midlife Conversations! The FM3 were shopping for some furniture for the Scary Movie Research Center when they all fazed into a realm of liminal weirdness, a void known only as "BACKROOMS". Seemingly alone in an endless labyrinth of hallways and rooms the guys hear sounds occasionally and eventually find themselves face to face with a literal void dweller, an unsettling freakish version of a human whose sole purpose was to pursue Jef, Josh and Brian. After what seemed like hours of running for their lives hunted by this thing, the crew fell through a seemingly solid wall and back into reality. Tired and with pants filled with shit, The hosts of Forever Midnight sat down to record and document the ordeal they just went through. Hoping to make sense of or at the very least make sure that they never visit the "BACKROOMS" again. This episode is that recording session. Listen at your own risk...

Brad Crowell 0:01 Fuck yeah. Lesley Logan 0:02 Get ready for some wins. Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. I'm Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. I've trained thousands of people around the world and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt. My friends, action brings clarity and it's the antidote to fear. Each week, my guest will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It's a practice, not a perfect. Let's get started.Lesley Logan 0:48 Hey, Be It Babe, welcome to our Friday episode. And this is our FYF episode, our fuck yeah. It's Friday, and Brad and I decided that we wanted to make some changes to the FYF episode, and one of those things is we're incorporating more of what we do in our communities, like we do with our agency members and our Elevate grads and our Elevate members, which is just you're allowed to need a moment, but you have to have a win in the exact same moment. So you can't come in here and all over everybody with your need a moment, you have to actually have a win to go with it, right? So that's how we're going to do that. I'll have, or Brad will have, or we'll get some guests to have when we want to complain about, and then they'll have a win, and then we'll share your wins that you send in telling that, and then if you want, I guess you could also send in your I need a moment and your wins. Lesley Logan 1:30 So here's my I need a moment, because it's happening right now. My internet is freaking amazing, it's amazing, I have the best internet, and when I come into my pod room, I'll have the best internet, and then I hit record, and it's like, actually, your internet's crap in this moment. Now it's crap, and it's just so annoying, because it's like, well, I only have one hour to do this thing, and I'm spending 17 minutes trying to figure out why my great internet is bad in this one spot at this one moment. That's my first world problems right now. My win is that I've been able to start doing something I've been wanting to do, which is foster dogs, which is not easy to do, because I have a dog, not easy to do, because I love them, and I want to keep them all, all the dogs, and also I travel a ton. And so back in April into May, I got to foster my first dog, and I did it by myself, which is really cool, because I have always had dogs, but I've had dogs with family or partners, and so it's just there's someone else who can do the thing with the dog. And so for nine days I was responsible for a dog by myself, and not a small dog, like a big one, and so my win is that I nailed it. I did everything I could to get this dog adopted, a family to be seen as just this wonderful addition to anyone's family, and I had the best time, all while keeping with my crazy busy schedule. So, you know what that means? It means we all can do this. So, anyway, that's my win.Lesley Logan 2:56 Now, for our next segment, we got rid of the inspiration from the internet, because I'll just be really honest, the internet is not very inspiring right now. So, your wins, here we go. We got two from you guys. @meganslatteryyogaandpilates said, hosting second soft launch in my house/home studio/big sale today. Tired, but doing it. And it's like, yeah, look, here's the deal. Working for yourself does not mean it's easy. I don't know why people think that if it's hard they must be doing it wrong. No, if it's hard and you're tired, you're probably doing it pretty darn good. Now you know you got to sleep and do some other things, but it's possible. Lesley Logan 3:30 Okay, next win is by @mymarialoisa. Interview for my dream job and sign up for the OPC training. Ah, that's so fun. We had such a good time with that training, so super, super proud about that. And I'm so glad that you got to join us, and that was one of your wins, and you got to interview for your dream job. You know what, I love that you celebrated the interview process, Maria Luisa, because so many people would just celebrate, like, wait for them to get the job, or then have a moment, because they might not have, but you celebrated the interview. Yeah, that's how we be it till we see it, babes. That is how we do it.Lesley Logan 4:05 And then we end our FYFs with a mantra. So here we go. And the win is not that my internet is great right now. That is not it. The mantra is not, I have great internet. Here's what it is, self love comes to me naturally. Self love comes to me naturally, self love comes to you naturally, Be it babe. Yes it does. Yes, it does. And if it doesn't, you just say that 17 times until you believe it, until you do it, because thoughts are not facts, but since so many of us make them, then change your thoughts, so you can change your facts, and self-love will come to you naturally. Lesley Logan 4:40 All right, babe. That's our episode for this Friday. We keep them short and sweet. If you want something longer and you want something to be more in depth, make sure you're checking out our series that we're releasing every other week, and our interviews and recaps. We've got lots of good stuff for you. We also have some really fun things we're highlighting when it comes to our recap special. So ways for you to get involved and help, because sometimes it feels like we're not doing enough, right? You might be like, oh, she fostered a dog, what am I doing? Well, listen to the recap episodes, because we highlight a charity that you too can work with. So until next time, Be It Till You See It. Lesley Logan 5:13 That's all I got for this episode of the Be It Till You See It Podcast. Tired of ADHD strategies that don't work? Start with my free training: Stop Trying to “Fix” Your ADHD. You're Not Broken: https://programs.tracyotsuka.com/signup_____You have heard of art therapy and talk therapy. Charlotte Hastings does therapy in the kitchen, and it opens people up in a way the usual chair never quite does.Charlotte Hastings is a psychodynamic therapist, founder of Kitchen Therapy, and author of Kitchen Therapy: How to Become a Conscious Cook. Trained first as an anthropologist, she taught drama to neurodivergent teenagers before building an entire therapeutic approach around the kitchen.Charlotte recognized her own ADHD in her forties, after years of self-medicating and a chaotic childhood with an undiagnosed, alcoholic father. School had convinced her she was not smart. Anthropology, Jung, and eventually a wooden spoon proved otherwise. Now she uses cooking the way other therapists use art or drama: a side-by-side, low-pressure space where the real stuff surfaces. In this episode, Tracy and Charlotte talk about why cooking can work like art or drama therapy, why food and love are so entwined, how recipes can both support and shut down ADHD brains, and why the way you hold a wooden spoon might reveal the way you hold life. If cooking has ever felt loaded, boring, chaotic, or impossible, this conversation offers a gentler reframe: the meal is not just the result. Welcome to Poolside Confessions, my summer series where I sit by the water, slow down, and share what I'm actually living and thinking about. Last year, I felt a very particular kind of tiredness. Not physical. Emotional fatigue paired with restlessness, and I couldn't figure out why. Was it my hormones? The time of year? What I discovered was something else entirely: I was tired of performing. I don't think of myself as a performer. I live close to my values. I know who I am. And even still, I had been performing. In this episode, I share what I found when I got honest with myself – and why breaking up with your own success strategies might be the most important thing you do this year. Here's what we cover: What success strategies are – and why even your best ones expire Why the things that carried you this far might not take you all the way The moment you realize you're at a three, not a ten Why it's harder to let go of what's working than what isn't The question that cuts through everything Why the fatigue you're feeling has nothing to do with supplements What it actually means to be fully alive Did you enjoy this episode? Have you ever looked at a day full of real needs and thought, “How am I supposed to decide what comes first when all of it matters?” A child needs comfort. A medical form has a deadline. Dinner needs to be made. Lessons are unfinished. You are exhausted—and none of those needs are imaginary. But one mom cannot do every important thing at the same time. In this episode, I'm sharing a quote attributed to Elisabeth Elliot that has been pinned above my desk for about ten years. It became especially meaningful during a season when I was homeschooling, caring for children with additional needs, completing an intensive neurodevelopmental program, and staying up late to write reports that sometimes stretched beyond 60 pages. That quote helped me stop fighting the work that was truly mine to do. But it did not tell me that every important task belonged to me or that everything had to be finished that night. I also share three questions I use when the work feels endless: What really needs care today? What part of this is actually mine to carry? What can I actually do next? We'll talk about considering health, safety, deadlines, relationships, and your actual capacity. We'll also talk about accepting help, simplifying what can be simplified, and letting some work wait without believing that means you do not care. And I want to be clear: doing difficult work “gladly” does not mean enjoying suffering, hiding grief, refusing help, acting cheerful when you are hurting, or treating exhaustion as holiness. It means bringing the truth to God, asking Him for wisdom, and offering the work that is truly yours to Him. If you are overwhelmed by constant needs and unfinished work, this episode will help you slow down, ask God for wisdom, and identify the next faithful thing you can do with the time, strength, and help available. Scripture referenced: James 1:5, ESV If you are hearing this episode before July 4, 2026, I would be deeply grateful if you would pray for our family as we seek in-home care for my son. Please also pray for other caregiving families whose constant, complicated, and often unseen work may not be understood by the people around them. We have all experienced that distinct, crushing sense of overwhelm. Your calendar is packed, the pressures of parenting and work are mounting, and the constant noise of the world never seems to dim. But it's not just that your life is full - it's that your soul feels heavy. Most of us have simply adopted a cultural norm that is quietly exhausting us, assuming this chronic fatigue is just the price of admission for modern life. In this powerful message, we dive into Matthew 11:28–30 to uncover a freeing truth: The weight you're carrying might not be the one you were meant to carry. Jesus famously promised that His burden is light, yet that rarely matches our day-to-day reality. By breaking down the specific weights we subconsciously pick up, this sermon exposes how we are mismanaging our souls and offers the ultimate trade-off: swapping our exhausting performance for His peaceful presence.

This is the conversation about the part most founders don't say out loud: the moment you hit the revenue number and feel nothing. Natalie sits down with Jenna Wright — a Pilates studio owner who built a 7-figure business from $1,000 and an air mattress. From the outside, she'd made it. From the inside, she was running at 9% profit, paying herself $80K a year, and calling it — in her own words — a pretty prison. So she did what most founders won't: she dismantled it on purpose. They go inside the math (she was running $1.2M at 9% profit, paying herself $80K/year), the team mutiny that finally broke the model, and the deliberate revenue cut from $1.2M to $650K that tripled her margin to 30%. If you've ever hit the revenue numbers and felt nothing, this episode is the operating system for what comes next. In this conversation, she shares what it was like to get sober before she felt ready — and why early sobriety felt more like punishment than freedom. They also talk about the exhausting work of keeping up appearances, what it took to finally stop, and why getting sober doesn't always end the search for relief, approval, or feeling like enough.Brooke is the author of Healing the Success Wound (Hachette, May 2026), which explores what happens when we tie our worth to what we accomplish instead of who we are.Connect with Brooke:Website: Brooke Taylor CoachingInstagram: @brookevtaylorTikTok: @brooketaylorcareercoachLinkedIn: Brooke TaylorSupport the show
The noise around productivity has gotten really loud lately, and I think a lot of it has to do with AI. There are apps, tools, and technology promising to 10X your output, and every corner of the internet is telling you how to squeeze more into your day. But what if that constant push to produce more, faster, is actually making you worse at the very thing it's claiming to help you with?In this episode, I'm breaking down why two of the most important types of productivity are being completely ignored right now and what it's costing you. What You'll Learn:Why the push to always be producing is working against you in ways you might not see yetThe type of productivity that happens when you step away from your to-do list completelyHow well-meaning advice is quietly converting your best thinking time into more output modeWhy what happens when you sleep matters more to your productivity than any app or tool ever couldTwo small things you can do this week to start getting it back________________________________
Join Lisa, Matt, Jules, and Noa as they take a deep dive into one of the most polarizing true crime cases in recent memory: the death of Boston police officer John O'Keefe and the murder trial of Karen Read. Did Karen Read deliberately strike O'Keefe with her SUV and leave him to die in the snow? Or was she framed as part of a larger cover-up designed to protect powerful insiders? In a case filled with conflicting testimony, disputed forensic evidence, questionable investigative tactics, and endless speculation, separating fact from fiction has become nearly impossible. In this episode, we break down the competing theories surrounding O'Keefe's death, examining witness statements, digital evidence, timelines, and the forensic findings that have fueled heated debates across the true crime community. We discuss the intense media scrutiny that transformed this trial into a national obsession and explore how internet sleuths, podcasts, and social media have shaped public perception of guilt and innocence. The conversation also tackles uncomfortable but necessary questions about police accountability, the "blue wall of silence," and whether loyalty within law enforcement can sometimes stand in the way of the truth. Could investigative mistakes and tunnel vision explain the inconsistencies in the case, or do the unanswered questions point to something much more troubling? As we review the many scenarios presented throughout the investigation, we grapple with the reality that proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt is often far more complicated than it appears. With allegations of corruption, claims of a cover-up, and no shortage of unanswered questions, the Karen Read case remains one of the most fascinating and controversial legal battles of our time. If you're obsessed with true crime podcasts, unsolved mysteries, courtroom drama, forensic evidence, and high-profile murder cases that leave you questioning everything, this episode is one you won't want to miss. *Please note all opinions in the show are our own and solely in regards to the specific case we are discussing in this episode* We made a one stop shop for all the Eye for an Eye links our listeners might want to check out whether its where to listen, our merch shop, all of our socials, our email, or ways to support the show, we'd love for you to visit the link below! https://msha.ke/eyeforeyepod/ Tired of Ads? Welcome to Your Quiet Moment. I'm so glad you found this space today, whether you're listening first thing in the morning or in the middle of an overwhelming afternoon. This podcast is a refuge, and right now, in this moment, you have arrived. Today we're exploring something that sounds almost too simple to deserve attention, and yet most of us have forgotten how to do it well. We're talking about resting in the witness. Not the thinking mind, not the feeling heart, but that quiet observer that has been there all along, watching your life unfold without ever being disturbed by what it sees. I want to start with a question, and I want you to actually sit with it for a moment before I explain what I mean. When you look at a thought, any thought, who is looking? You might say, "well, I am looking.
What if the biggest thing standing between you and your next level isn't a lack of talent, strategy, or opportunity...But your willingness to invest in yourself? In this episode, I'm sharing a deeply personal story about how my dad taught me the principles of investing from a young age, helping me build an investment portfolio long before I ever became an entrepreneur. Those lessons didn't just shape how I think about money- they shaped how I think about growth, leadership, business, and legacy.Over the last year alone, I've invested tens of thousands of dollars into coaching, mentorship, masterminds, conferences, and personal development. In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on why. We'll talk about:✨ The difference between spending money and making investments✨ Borrowed belief and why proximity matters✨ Accountability, hyper-focus, and faster decision-making✨ The logical business reasons to invest, including ROI and tax advantages✨ Why investing in yourself isn't just a business decision- it's a legacy decisionIf you've been sitting on the fence about your next investment, this episode may completely change the way you think about growth.Because the most expensive decision isn't always investing.Sometimes it's staying exactly where you are.Loved this episode and want to help fellow doulas find it?Take 3 minutes to leave a rating and a review- take a screenshot and DM the pic to me on IG @thelisavee or send it thru my website so I can gift you my Booked AF Toolkit ($197 value!).Struggling to grow your doula business? C(3) In the setting of Londinium, 92 AD, Gaius and Germanicus engage in a series of debates comparing the struggles of the ancient Roman Empire to the paradigms of power and exhaustion in the 21st century. The Tired Emperor and the Limits of Grandeur. The duo explores the physical and metaphorical exhaustion of the "emperor," critiquing his focus on aesthetic "baubles"—such as the reflecting pool's algae crisis and grandiose construction projects—while facing immense strategic vulnerabilities. Germanicus argues that the leader must acknowledge his "debility" and delegate authority to a "junior emperor" (Vance) to navigate mounting pressures from Congress and international allies like Giorgia Meloni. In one week, Arnold welcomed hundreds of Pump Club members to his childhood home in Thal, helped convene world leaders at the Austrian World Summit in Vienna, and got back on set filming The Kellys. People kept noticing the same thing about his teams in every setting — world leaders, CEOs, and Pump Club members alike: they were always laughing. When an ambassador overheard Arnold tell his crew "we know that nothing matters," his reaction said it all. But Arnold isn't dismissing the work. He's drawing the line most people can't: the difference between what actually matters and the ego-driven busywork people pile on to look important and feel busy. Stressing over who sits where, who speaks when, what happens at what time — none of it serves the mission, and all of it drains the energy and joy out of the people doing it. Arnold's challenge is to catch yourself in the moments you're taking something far more seriously than it deserves, and laugh at it. Because the real secret to getting more done isn't grinding harder. Arnold explains why, and what to do instead. Tired of fitness and nutrition plans that don't work? Today's Scripture: Psalm 86:1–7 What do you do when you feel so tired, stretched thin, or aware of your need that even prayer feels vulnerable? In today's episode, Dr. Alison Cook reflects on the tender image of a God who bends low to hear us. This passage gives us permission to bring our need honestly into God's presence—not as a shame statement, but as a truth statement. We explore: *Why need can feel so vulnerable *How attachment wounds shape the way we approach God *Why we often pray around our need instead of from our need *The difference between humility and shame *How God meets us in the poor and needy places of the soul Go Deeper: If you struggle to sense God's nearness, check out Dr. Alison's new book, The Secure Soul. StealthPort is made right here in the USA, and we're proud to carry them. Ryan has been running one on his own bike for years, and this update video covers the seven new models he's most excited about, plus a full rundown of charging accessories to help you get the most out of whatever port you install. We've added seven new models to the Law Abiding Biker Store, opening up a ton of new options for heated gear, charging, and accessories. If you already own a StealthPort, this video is going to make you want to upgrade. If you're new to it, this is the perfect time to get one. Shop the full StealthPort lineup — all original models and all seven new ones — at the Law Abiding Biker Store. SUPPORT US AND SHOP IN THE OFFICIAL LAW ABIDING BIKER STORE Nothing is being discontinued. The original mid-frame mounts, top mounts, and heat deflector mounts are all still available and still the right choice for a lot of riders — it just depends on what gear you're running. If a single SAE port is all you need, those original models are solid. I ran a single mid-frame mount for years using a Gerbing SAE-to-barrel plug conversion cord from the Law Abiding Biker Store to power my heated gear. It works great. But as you'll see below, the new models open up options that make it hard to go back. One important note: if your bike has heat deflectors, you need the heat deflector mount — not the standard mid-frame. Both are available in the store with full fitment information. CHECK OUT OUR HUNDREDS OF FREE HELPFUL VIDEOS ON OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND SUBSCRIBE! Think through your setup before ordering: Single port, just need to tender and occasionally run one accessory? Original models or the new single heated panels work great. Want dedicated heated gear plug AND a free SAE port? Mid-frame heated panel or top mount single heated panel. Riding two-up with a passenger who also runs heated gear? Dual heated panel top mount. Want maximum SAE flexibility with conversion options? Double top mount. Softail? Coil mount or tank mount depending on your year. Heat deflectors? Make sure you get the heat deflector mount — it's in the store. For pre-2024 Harleys without factory accessory barrel plugs, LAB carries the conversion cord that lets you connect directly to the battery. You're covered regardless of year. And yes — more models will be added over time. Check back at the Law Abiding Biker Store for the latest. Tired of paying for “more clicks” and getting zero real cases? In this episode, you'll hear how strategic market research, real social proof, and case-study-driven content can turn a law firm website into a revenue engine instead of a digital brochure. In this episode, Steve Fretzin and Cooper Saunders discuss: The real goal of digital marketing for law firms (revenue, not clicks) Market research and choosing markets you can dominate Building targeted content around real client cases and questions Personalization, video, and human connection on law firm websites Social proof, reviews, and the “Dream 100” referral strategy Key Takeaways: Marketing success for law firms starts with showing up where people are already searching for the exact services you provide, instead of broadcasting to everyone and hoping for the best. Smart lawyers look for markets they can dominate, choosing niches and geographies with solid demand but manageable competition rather than jumping into oversaturated metro battles by default. Case-based content that walks through “this client, this problem, this solution, this outcome” is far more powerful than generic articles that could apply to anyone and no one at the same time. Prospects convert at a higher rate when they can see and hear the attorney: simple, honest video on an About page often beats polished but faceless branding. Social proof, including reviews, testimonials, and concrete case studies, is no longer optional; it's the proof skeptical clients need before deciding you're the right firm to trust. "I think the market research goes into identifying a pond you can dominate, rather than being a minnow in an ocean or fighting an 800-pound gorilla." — Cooper Saunders Check out my new show, Be That Lawyer Coaches Corner, and get the strategies I use with my clients to win more business and love your career again. Everyone wants the big moment. The before-and-after photo. The day the scale finally moves, the day someone notices, the day you catch your reflection and barely recognize the person staring back. Arnold wanted it too. But standing in his mother's garden in Thal — the same ground where he pulled his first deadlifts as a skinny kid with enormous dreams and not much else — he couldn't shake a harder truth. The big moment is a myth.In this episode, Arnold takes apart the fantasy of the single transformative day and replaces it with something far less glamorous and far more powerful: fitness works exactly like investing. There's no get-rich-quick plan that actually holds up, not with money and not with your body. The people who win aren't the ones who found a secret. They're the ones who understood that small amounts, put in consistently, compound into something enormous. But he explains the moment everything changes, and how you can use that to accomplish anything. Tired of fitness and nutrition plans that don't work? Your anger after a toxic relationship, narcissistic abuse, or a devastating divorce isn't a weakness — it can be your biggest catalyst for change. In this full podcast episode, I sit down with Stacie Shifflett — a 68-year-old author, entrepreneur, and founder of Modern Consciousness. After her 28-year marriage imploded, Stacie did everything "right" — new home, new routines, new social life. But inside, nothing felt like her. That's when she walked into a coach's office and said three words that changed everything: "I'm tired of being angry."What followed was one of the most powerful reinvention stories I've ever heard — from working with Les Brown and Tony Robbins, to acquiring a $50M software company with zero upfront capital, to becoming a bestselling author. Her story proves it's never too late to rebuild your life.

The afternoon crash usually isn't sleep, age, or laziness. It comes down to your metabolic capacity: your body's ability to produce energy, manage it, and recover from the demands placed on you. In this video, I break down the real biology of fatigue, from mitochondria and metabolic flexibility to insulin and why caffeine stops working, and how you can actually change it. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN Why your mitochondria set your energy ceiling, not your willpower How you can carry thousands of calories of fuel and still crash Insulin, Randle's glucose-fatty acid cycle, and afternoon brain fog The adenosine mechanism behind caffeine, and why the 3rd coffee fails How recovery, HRV, and mitochondrial biogenesis rebuild capacity My name is Andrew Reid, and I'm the founder of Medgeeks. Tired of science fiction that leaves readers feeling cold, empty, and convinced the universe is indifferent to human life, Andrew Gillsmith set out to write something different. His new novel Our Lady of the Artilex — set 250 years in the future, where androids begin reporting apocalyptic religious visions and the Vatican sends a neuroscientist-turned-exorcist to investigate — is his attempt to bring genuine theological weight back into speculative fiction. Brian From talks with Andrew, a Catholic convert with a data science background, about the question behind the book: can AI imitate the soul? Andrew's answer is a clear no — AI isn't conscious, doesn't have a will, and isn't made in God's image — but he's careful to explain just how convincingly it can mimic those things, and why that mimicry is dangerous precisely because humans (and even birds, as one wild study shows) are biologically wired to respond to it. They also dig into Pope Leo's recent encyclical on AI, why the church shouldn't be afraid but should be discerning, and the looming push to merge AI with transhumanist ideas that reduce human consciousness to mere computation. Tired of ADHD strategies that don't work? Here's what actually does. FREE training here: https://programs.tracyotsuka.com/signup_____You bought the planner. You loved the planner. You were absolutely, positively sure this planner was going to change your life. And then, by March, you forgot it existed. When we moved out of our family home of 25 years, I found boxes. Boxes and boxes of barely used planners I'd been saving for who knows why. For a long time I thought that meant something about me. That I wasn't disciplined enough. That everyone else got some secret instruction manual for adulthood that I'd missed. But the women I work with aren't lazy or unfocused. They're brilliant, driven, running companies and raising families. And they can't stick with a planner either. That's when it clicked. This was never a planning problem. It's a time problem, a decision problem, and an emotional regulation problem. Planning is just where those show up.In this episode I talk about why ADHD brains experience time differently, why importance alone won't get you started, why most planners quietly set you up for an impossible day, and why one meaningful goal beats ten random ones.If you've got a planner graveyard sitting in a drawer somewhere, this one is for you. The question was never what's wrong with you. The question is what kind of system actually works for your brain.Resources:Get the planner: https://tracyotsuka.com/planner Use code PODCASTPLANNER for $10 offWebsite: tracyotsuka.comInstagram: https://instagram.com/tracyotsuka YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@tracyotsuka4796FREE 3-days to Fall in Love With Your ADHD Brain training on Jan 6th: https://tracyotsuka.com/ilovemybrain Tired of ADHD strategies that don't work? We can defend and keep the faith against false teaching and other religions, but we don't know how to defend it against loneliness, heartbreak, when God says no or when pain begins to interrogate our theology. Sometimes, the greatest threat to your faith is not defending it against other beliefs, but it's being unable to defend it against tiredness.
