In today's episode, Christie Thomas is back to talk about the quiet strength of gentleness and why it matters so deeply in our homes. Christie shares how gentleness is not weakness or passivity, but strength held under control for the good of others. We discuss parenting through the fruit of the Spirit, responding instead of reacting, and how our kids learn about the character of Jesus through the way we handle frustration, conflict, and mistakes. We also talk honestly about the exhaustion of parenting, spiritual dry seasons, postpartum anxiety, worship as prayer, and simple ways to stay connected to God when you feel overwhelmed. This conversation is full of practical encouragement for parents who want to build homes marked by patience, safety, grace, and the gentleness of Christ.(00:00) Introduction to Christie Thomas and Her Journey(03:10) Understanding Gentleness: A Deeper Meaning(06:04) Gentleness in Parenting: Balancing Authority and Compassion(08:51) The Role of the Holy Spirit in Cultivating Gentleness(12:09) Discipling Our Children Through Our Actions(14:50) Practical Steps to Grow in Gentleness(18:05) The Impact of Gentleness on Family Dynamics(21:02) Resources for Growing in Gentleness(24:03) Conclusion and Final ThoughtsResources MentionedEveryday Prayers for Gentleness bookLittle Shoots Deep RootsInstagramPrefer video? We can defend and keep the faith against false teaching and other religions, but we don't know how to defend it against loneliness, heartbreak, when God says no or when pain begins to interrogate our theology. Sometimes, the greatest threat to your faith is not defending it against other beliefs, but it's being unable to defend it against tiredness.
Exploring the "tired but wired" state where exhaustion meets an overactive alerting system, Matt explains that insomnia is often a disorder of hyperarousal rather than a lack of sleep drive. Using metabolic data and brain activity, he shows how an internal "accelerator" remains pressed despite an empty fuel tank, causing the body and brain to stay alert when they should be resting.Matt shares evidence-based CBT-I tools to break this cycle, including the "cognitive shuffle" and specific imagery to quiet racing thoughts. He also covers muscle relaxation and rhythmic breathing to trigger a physiological stand-down. By practicing stimulus control - leaving bed when awake - listeners can stop associating the bedroom with wakefulness and finally lower their internal alerting systems. Please note that Matt is not a medical doctor, and none of the content in this podcast should be considered medical advice in any way, shape, or form, nor prescriptive in any way.MUDWTR is the ultimate coffee alternative that delivers a natural morning pick-me-up without caffeine jitters. Tired of Being Dismissed? How to Stop Over-Functioning and Start Protecting Your Heart Have you ever found yourself explaining your needs — again — to someone who just doesn't seem to care? Or quietly wondering, *Is something wrong with me for wanting to be seen?* If that question has lived in your chest for too long, this episode is for you. In this warm, honest conversation, Leslie Vernick coaches Diana and Leanne sit down to tackle three of the most common — and most painful — questions they hear from women every day: Does lacking boundaries make me codependent? What's a healthy response when my needs are dismissed over and over? And where is the line between being responsible and over-functioning? You'll walk away with real clarity, practical language to use in hard moments, and the faith-rooted reminder that God never intended for you to erase yourself to keep the peace. --- Key Takeaways A Lack of Boundaries Is Often About Survival — Not a Character Flaw Codependency isn't a label to shame yourself with — it's often a survival strategy that developed when you learned that love meant silence, sacrifice, and self-forgetting. As Coach Diana reminds us, many women were simply never taught that they were allowed to have needs. Mark 12:31 calls us to love others as we love ourselves — and that verse quietly assumes there is a self worth caring for. Boundaries aren't the opposite of love; they're how you love wisely without disappearing. You Don't Have to Beg for What Love Gives Freely When your needs are dismissed again and again, your body begins to believe a lie — that you don't matter. Coach Leanne shares honestly that chronic dismissal wears down the soul and scrambles the mind. The healthy response isn't to fight harder for recognition; it's to notice the pattern, name what's happening, and then limit your vulnerability with people who have shown they won't honor it. Psalm 34 reminds us that God is close to the brokenhearted — and you always have an audience with Him, even when others keep turning away. Speak Up — Then Let It Be on Them Coaches Diana and Leanne offer a powerful, practical framework: state your need clearly and honestly, make a note in your journal that you've said it, and then stop repeating yourself. You are not responsible for making someone understand what they are choosing not to hear. A simple, grounded statement — "I won't continue this conversation without mutual respect in the room" — is not drama. It is dignity. And once you've named it, the next step belongs to them. The Difference Between Helping and Rescuing Over-functioning crosses a line the moment you start doing for someone else what they are fully capable of doing for themselves — and it costs you something precious. As Coach Leanne puts it: *help empowers, rescuing enables.* If exhaustion, resentment, and fear have become your constant companions, that is your signal. Jesus is the Savior. You were never meant to fill that role — and sometimes stepping back is the most loving and courageous thing you can do, both for yourself and for the person you care about. You Get to Steward This One Precious Life One of the most beautiful threads woven through this entire conversation is this: you get to have a self. God doesn't ask you to be erased — He invites you to be grounded. Knowing who you are, what you value, and what you are and aren't responsible for is not selfishness. It is faithful stewardship of the life He gave you. When the fog of over-functioning and people-pleasing lifts, you make room to hear His voice again. --- Personal Invitation Friend, if self-doubt, perfectionism, comparison, or people-pleasing have been quietly running your life — this is your moment to take one brave step forward. I want to personally invite you to join us for Moving Beyond Insecurity Coaching Week — five days of practical teaching, live coaching, and biblical encouragement designed to help you stop living from insecurity and start walking with clarity, courage, and confidence in Christ. And it's only $17. You don't have to keep shrinking back. Come take that one brave step with us: https://leslievernick.com/insecurity --- You are not too much. You are not asking for too much. And you are not alone in this. God sees the quiet ache of being overlooked. He is close to the brokenhearted, and He is not asking you to disappear — He is inviting you to show up, rooted in who He says you are, with your voice intact and your dignity restored. Change is possible. Healing is possible. And with His guidance and a little courage, so is the life where your needs are not just tolerated — but honored. We are so glad you're here.

A Parenting Resource for Children’s Behavior and Mental Health
Stopping yelling and punishing often feels like the only option, but it rarely helps dysregulated kids learn new behavior. In this episode, parents learn what actually works instead. Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge is an expert in Regulation First Parenting™ and child emotional dysregulation. When you're overwhelmed, exhausted, and nothing seems to get through to your child, it's easy to believe you're failing. But the truth is simpler—and more hopeful. Most parents aren't “bad at parenting,” they're just using strategies that don't reach a dysregulated brain. This episode breaks down why yelling and punishment don't create lasting change and what actually does. Why does my child get worse when I yell or punish? When your child is escalated, their nervous system is in survival mode, not learning mode. That means yelling or punishment adds more threat—not understanding.Their brain is focused on protection, not reasoningMore intensity = more escalation or shutdownShort-term compliance may happen, but no real change sticksReal-life example: You raise your voice to stop a behavior. Your child freezes or explodes again the next day. It feels like nothing is working—because the nervous system never actually calmed. What's really happening in my child's brain during a meltdown?A meltdown isn't defiance—it's dysregulation. The brain shifts into fight, flight, or shutdown, making it nearly impossible for your child to listen or learn.Stress response overrides logic and connectionThe child cannot “absorb” correction in this stateBehavior becomes communication of overwhelmBehavior is communication. Tune in to what the brain is saying.Instead of asking, “Why won't they listen?” try asking, “What state is their nervous system in right now?”Trying to understand your child's patterns more clearly? The Dysregulated Kid offers practical guidance to help you respond with more clarity and less overwhelm. What should I do instead of yelling and punishing in the moment? This is where real change begins. Instead of escalating, you become the calm anchor.Regulate first: lower your voice, slow your body, reduce stimulationConnect next: simple phrases like “I see this is hard”Correct later: teach only after calm returnsReal-life example: Your child refuses homework and starts yelling. Instead of reacting, you pause, soften your tone, and say less. The shift in your calm helps their nervous system settle faster. Before correction can work, the brain must move out of threat and into safety. That's where learning finally happens.Yelling less and staying calm isn't about being perfect—it's about having the right tools.Join the Dysregulation Insider VIP list and get your FREE Regulation Rescue Kit, designed to help you handle oppositional behaviors without losing it. Download it now at www.drroseann.com/newsletterHow do I break the yelling cycle without losing control?Breaking the cycle starts with you regulating first. Not perfectly—just consistently. Staying calm is the real turning point.Regulate yourself before respondingRepair after yelling instead of spiraling in guiltFocus on progress, not perfection

Tired of a marriage that looks fine on the outside but is slowly dying inside? Years of heartache, bitterness, broken expectations with no hope that it will ever change or get any better? Genesis 2 reveals the foundational truth every struggling marriage needs: Marriage doesn't belong to you. It belongs to God.Your marriage is so much bigger than your happiness, romance, or personal fulfillment. It's a gift of God, a sacred covenant, and a lifelong picture of the Gospel designed for God's glory. This sermon boldly confronts:The deadly myth that marriage exists to make you happyGod's clear design of one man, one woman, for lifeWhy divorce isn't an option, and what to do when your marriage feels deadAnd How struggling couples can find real hope and redemptionWhether your marriage is thriving, just starting, or hanging by a thread this sermon can help you turn your marriage into a powerful testimony of Christ's love. Marriage is not about your fairy tale. It's about God's glory—and when you build on that rock, real joy, intimacy, and happily ever after follows.
The pressure is turnt up as the Stiles family is forced to deal with the fallout from a violent incident that puts both Isaiah and Noah under suspicion. Everyone is forced to choose between protecting the truth or protecting themselves. Meanwhile, Ebony refuses to stay quiet any longer. Tired of being pushed to the side, she steps forward and takes control of the narrative, making it clear that she is no longer willing to let others decide how this story gets told.
Tired of looking to AI, YouTube "experts," or the next side-hustle for answers about your finances? In this message, Pastor Jerry Dirmann reveals God's SUPERNATURAL strategy to break the cycle of debt — and shows that the SOURCE of your financial provision is closer than you think. (Hint: Jesus said you CANNOT serve two masters.)In this powerful, practical message, Pastor Jerry unpacks Matthew 6:24 and 6:31-33 — "No one can serve two masters... You cannot serve God and mammon... But seek first the kingdom of God... and all these things shall be added to you." This isn't just a moral choice — Jesus said it's a spiritual reality. Your daily actions, not your words, reveal who your true source really is: God, money, self, or even AI, YouTube, and "experts" who want you to pay into their system. (To be clear — this isn't a message against technology. It's an invitation to make sure technology, side-hustles, or "the system" never become the god we serve.)

If you are waking up between 2:00 and 4:00 AM, lying there wide awake with your heart beating a little too fast and your mind solving every problem in your life, this episode is for you. Because this is not just about bad sleep. It is about what happens when the hormonal, adrenal, and nervous system shifts of midlife collide with the stress load most women are already carrying. And for a lot of women, this is the moment they stop feeling like themselves. In this episode, I do a deep dive into what is actually happening beneath the surface when women in perimenopause and menopause start feeling wired, tired, fragile, overwhelmed, anxious, and unable to recover the way they used to. We talk about the HPA axis, cortisol rhythm, DHEA, blood sugar, stress intolerance, adrenal strain, and why the advice women are getting online is often way too surface level to actually help. I also share what this has looked like in my own body, why midlife can feel like the season where your body stops tolerating the way you have been living, and why that is not a personal failure. It is physiology. This episode lays the foundation for understanding the deeper systems driving midlife sleep disruption and stress dysregulation, so you can stop blaming yourself and start getting clearer on what your body may actually need. In this episode, we cover: Why 2:00 to 4:00 AM wakeups are so common in perimenopause and menopause The difference between being tired and being hormonally and neurologically dysregulated What the HPA axis is and why it matters for stress and sleep How estrogen and progesterone affect stress resilience and recovery Why cortisol is not the enemy, but timing matters How cortisol dysregulation can affect sleep, anxiety, belly fat, and energy Why DHEA is one of the most overlooked hormones in midlife The connection between blood sugar drops and middle-of-the-night wakeups Why the old coping strategies stop working in midlife Why testing cortisol rhythm and DHEA can be so helpful Who this episode is for This episode is for women in perimenopause and menopause who are struggling with broken sleep, 3 AM wakeups, stress intolerance, fatigue, anxiety, feeling wired at night, crashing in the morning, or just feeling like they cannot handle life the way they used to. It is especially for women who want to understand the deeper physiology behind what is happening instead of being told to just relax, meditate, or take one supplement and hope for the best. Tired vs. Wired: $4 Trillion in IPOs Coming, $100B in M&A, and Why the SaaSpocalypse is Over The public markets spent the last twelve months telling you B2B software was finished. Stocks down 60 to 70 percent. PE firms buying nobody. For the first time in history, software trading at a discount to the S&P 500. And at the exact same moment, Anthropic is projecting $50 billion in revenue, Cursor is getting acquired for $60 billion, and SpaceX, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Databricks are about to generate more market value than every other IPO since 2000 combined. Both things are true - and which one defines your next 18 months depends entirely on one question: are you tired or are you wired? In this episode, SaaStr CEO and Founder Jason Lemkin calls the market as he sees it, names who is winning and who is pretending, and makes the case that the Cambrian explosion in B2B is just getting started. You'll learn: Why the SaaSpocalypse was never about B2B dying - it was about pre-AI software dying - and what the Palantir, Twilio, and Atlassian re-acceleration stories actually tell you The four categories every B2B company falls into right now, and why category four founders need to stop pretending the recovery is coming on its own Why vibe coding your CRM is dead as a concept, and what "putting deals on your calendar" actually means as a product strategy Why your biggest near-term competitive edge might be two days of engineering work - making your API agent-friendly before your competitors do What SaaStr's own journey from 20 humans to 3 humans and 21 agents teaches you about consistency as the only real cheat code in agents This is for you if: Your growth has slowed and you are not sure whether it is a market problem or a you problem - this session will help you figure out which You are a founder or exec who has been in the "AI is coming" conversation for a year but has not yet seen it show up in your revenue You want the unfiltered version of where B2B is headed in the next 18 months, including the parts most people are too polite to say out loud
The Day He Finally Got Tired of Being Homeless w/ CRASH | The Hopeaholics PodcastIn this episode of the Hopeaholics Podcast, Crash shares the incredible story of how he went from living homeless on the streets of Santa Ana for years to finding recovery, purpose, and a new life in sobriety. After first experimenting with heroin as a teenager, Crash spent more than a decade trapped in addiction, cycling through homelessness, arrests, failed treatment attempts, and countless moments that could have ended his life. He opens up about sleeping on the streets, losing hope, and believing that recovery simply wasn't possible for someone like him. The conversation dives into the realities of addiction, what life is actually like for people living unhoused, and the devastating toll drugs take on families, friendships, and self-worth. Crash also shares the turning points that led him to treatment, the people who refused to give up on him, and the moment he finally became willing to change. Today, he dedicates his life to helping others escape the same darkness by connecting people struggling with addiction to treatment and recovery resources. His story is a powerful reminder that no one is too far gone, no matter how hopeless their situation may seem.#wedorecover #TheHopeaholics #redemption #recovery #AlcoholAddiction #AddictionRecovery #wedorecover #SobrietyJourney #MyStory #Hope #wedorecover #treatmentcenter #natalieevamarieJoin our patreon to get access to an EXTRA EPISODE every week of ‘Off the Record', exclusive content, a thriving recovery community, and opportunities to be featured on the podcast. https://patreon.com/TheHopeaholics Go to www.Wolfpak.com today and support our sponsors. Are you tired of being told your labs are "completely normal" when you can barely pull yourself out of bed? In this special episode, Dr. Erin Ellis steps away from the usual clinical breakdowns to share a deeply personal and professional milestone: the launch of her brand new "Why Am I So Tired?" assessment. After more than eight years in clinical practice working with hundreds of exhausted women, Dr. Erin noticed a frustrating pattern. Women are spending thousands of dollars on random Instagram-famous supplements, intense detoxes, and generic advice, all while trying to solve a problem that has never been clearly defined for them. In this episode, you will learn: Why standard medical appointments and basic blood work leave so many women stranded in the gap between "you're fine" and "I feel awful." The missing piece to recovering your energy: Pattern Recognition. How she took her real-world clinical framework and turned it into an accessible, 10-minute tool. Exactly who this assessment is for (and who it isn't for). Stop guessing, stop wasting money on generic protocols, and finally get a clinically grounded starting point to understand what your hormones and metabolic systems are actually trying to tell you.

Your brain already made a prediction about how that task was going to feel before you ever started, and a lot of the time you are not avoiding the task at all. You are avoiding that prediction. The email isn't an email anymore. It's criticism. The budget isn't a budget. It's shame. Do you feel exhausted but can't seem to wind down? That wired-but-tired feeling so many women experience in midlife has a name, and a cause most doctors never address. In this episode of The Art of Living Well Podcast®, Marnie and Stephanie are joined by Dr. Scott Sherr, a board-certified internal medicine physician and expert in health optimization, to explore the connection between chronic stress, hormone changes, and mitochondrial dysfunction. Dr. Scott introduces the concept of the "sympathetic spiral of doom" — the cycle of stress, poor sleep, and cellular energy breakdown that keeps so many women stuck, and shares practical, science-backed ways to break it. The conversation covers methylene blue (what it is, how it works, and who should use it), GABA and nervous system support, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Dr. Scott also explains why only 6% of US adults have optimally functioning mitochondria, and what the other 94% can do about it. Key Takeaways: Chronic stress and hormone fluctuations directly impair mitochondrial function Estrogen is a critical mitochondrial optimizer, losing it in perimenopause has real cellular consequences Only 6% of US adults are metabolically healthy; symptoms of the rest range from brain fog to poor sleep to slow recovery Methylene blue supports mitochondrial energy production and works as a bridge while you optimize your health more broadly If a GABA supplement works for you, that's a warning sign worth paying attention to Down-regulating the nervous system too fast, without mitochondrial support, can cause a crash Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is most effective once you have a foundational health plan in place Sleep is one of the most powerful levers for mitochondrial health 00:00 – Introduction and Dr. Scott's background 04:13 – Why midlife women's bodies stop responding the way they used to 07:32 – Progesterone, GABA, and sleep disruption 09:04 – What mitochondria actually do and why they matter 13:16 – The 6% metabolic health statistic 17:00 – The sympathetic spiral of doom, explained 21:01 – Cortisol: misunderstood and mismanaged 29:32 – What methylene blue is and how to use it 33:55 – Who should not take methylene blue 38:33 – Performance, travel, and targeted use 47:17 – GABA support and down-regulating the nervous system 55:18 – Hyperbaric oxygen therapy: benefits, timing, and protocols 01:00:52 – One action to take today 01:03:09 – Where to find Dr. Scott and his products Guest Links: Dr. Scott Sherr: drscottsherr.com Troscriptions: troscriptions.com Use code LIVINGWELL for 10% off Products mentioned: Just Blue, Blue Cannatine, Tro Calm, Tro Zzz This episode is brought to you by Good Health Saunas. In this episode we explain what is needed and what your options are for adding Ciro lighting to your 2024 and newer Harley-Davidson touring model with the new IFCU infotainment system. If you own a 2024 or newer Harley-Davidson touring motorcycle and you're looking to upgrade your rear lighting, it's important to understand how the Ciro lighting system works before you start buying parts. Harley's newer electrical architecture changed the game, and that means riders need to know which components are required, how the different products connect, and what options are available for basic or advanced functionality. We break down exactly how Ciro lighting for Harley-Davidson motorcycles works, what products are needed, and how to choose the right setup for your bike. We'll also highlight the individual Ciro products discussed in the video so you can easily link them to the Law Abiding Biker Store. SUPPORT US AND SHOP IN THE OFFICIAL LAW ABIDING BIKER STORE The 2024 and newer Harley-Davidson touring models introduced major changes to the bike's electrical system. Because of those updates, adding aftermarket lights is not as simple as it was on previous Harley-Davidson models. That is why riders need to understand the Ciro system before purchasing. The good news is that Ciro engineered a clean, plug-and-play style solution that works with these newer Harley touring bikes. Once you understand the system, it becomes much easier to plan your lighting build and choose the right components the first time. If you are adding Harley-Davidson rear lighting, improving visibility, cleaning up the rear of the bike, or building a custom look, this guide will help you avoid confusion and get the setup you actually want. CHECK OUT OUR HUNDREDS OF FREE HELPFUL VIDEOS ON OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND SUBSCRIBE! The most important thing to understand is that your first Ciro lighting purchase determines how your system will function moving forward. When adding Ciro lights to a 2024+ Harley-Davidson touring bike, you generally need to choose between: Ciro Lightstrike Commander Ciro Standard Adapter That first decision matters because it determines whether you'll have only basic lighting functionality or full app-based customization and expandability. If you are building out a lighting package for your Harley, this is the foundation of the entire system. The Ciro Lightstrike Commander is the advanced option and is often the best choice for riders who want a more customizable setup. This component acts like the brain of the lighting system. It allows your Ciro lights to integrate with the bike while also unlocking the Ciro Lightstrike app. With the app, you can access more advanced functionality and customize supported lighting products individually. That means the Ciro Lightstrike Commander for Harley-Davidson gives you more than simple run, turn, and brake lighting. It opens up added control over supported lighting features, light behavior, and customization options depending on the products installed on your motorcycle. If you think you may add more Ciro products in the future, the Lightstrike Commander is a smart long-term investment because you only need to buy it once. Clean fit, quality finish, and customer service that actually answers. We run their gear on our own Harleys because we trust it. The Ciro Standard Adapter is the simpler route for riders who want straightforward lighting without app control or advanced programming and it comes standard within the lighting kits. If you choose the standard adapter, your supported Ciro lights will provide basic run, turn, and brake functionality. For many riders, that may be enough. If your goal is simply to add visibility and a cleaner rear lighting appearance on your Harley-Davidson, this option can work very well. However, it is important to understand what you are not getting. The standard adapter does not provide access to the app-based Lightstrike features. So if you want greater flexibility, deeper customization, or plan to build a more elaborate lighting system later, the Lightstrike New Patrons: Nick Jackson of Gillette, Wyoming (Patron Member Gary Jackson's son) Tolleigh Capps of New Market, Tennessee Chris Derr of Greenville, Ohio If you are trying to decide which Ciro components to buy, think about your long-term goals for the bike. If you only want basic run, turn, and brake lighting, then the Ciro Standard Adapter may be enough and it's included in the Ciro lighting kits. If you want app-based control, added customization, then the Ciro Lightstrike Commander is the better choice. If you want one of the easiest starting points, the Ciro Filler Panel Lights are especially appealing because they can work in a basic plug-and-play fashion while still allowing for future Lightstrike integration. That is why understanding the system first is so important. It helps you spend money once, buy the right parts, and build your Harley lighting system the way you actually want it. I know we've talked about boundaries on this show before. But this conversation? It went somewhere I really wasn't expecting. My guest today is Alex Lianne Carter, a master certified neurocoach, educator, and children's author who burned out, rebuilt her life one small decision at a time, and eventually packed up her family and moved to Panama. When Alex reached out to me about coming on to talk about boundaries, I sat with it for a minute because the angle she brought was one I hadn't heard before, and I think you're going to feel it too.Because this episode is really about three things that are all connected: the busyness we can't shake, the boundaries we can't hold, and what our kids are quietly picking up from watching us do both. Alex walks us through the brain science behind why slowing down genuinely feels wrong, where these patterns actually come from, and what we can do about it before we hand the whole cycle to our kids. What You'll Learn:Why you can't hold a boundary no matter how many times you set it What your kids are absorbing right now just by watching how you move through your dayThe real reason slowing down feels dangerous to your nervous system even when you desperately want itThe very first step out of autopilot when you're so deep in it you don't even realize it's runningConnect With Alex:Free to Be Me (children's book): www.freetobemekid.comInstagram: www.instagram.com/alex.lianne.carterLinkedIn: ca.linkedin.com/in/alexliannecarter ________________________________
Why are you so tired? Why is the brain fog not lifting no matter what you try? The answer might be sitting in your bathroom right now. Yes, I am serious. This one daily habit shift can be a powerful change in your whole health, for both your body and your brain. Most women never connect their daily oral care routine to their energy levels and mental clarity but it's time to start. The chemicals and artificial sweeteners in conventional mouthwash and toothpaste are disrupting your oral microbiome, and that disruption travels through your entire body. Remember, the body is brilliantly designed and everything is connected. In part 2 of the Summer Self-Care Series, we're uncovering what's actually in your products, what it's doing to your brain and body, and exactly how to swap to a simple, natural routine that supports your oral microbiome, your gut, and your energy without complicating your morning. If you've been tired and foggy and can't figure out why, this is a good place to consider. Treasure your wellness, Michelle ***Get your premium copy of the Treasured Wellness Whole Health Journal! Stephanie is back from vacation and today she dissects Trump's recent remarks regarding elections and the implications they have for democracy. Trump abruptly ended an interview on on Sunday's Meet The Press after news anchor Kristen Welker questioned him over 'rigged election' claims. She also talked about the upheaval over mail-in voting. Stephanie emphasizes how mail-in ballots have become a crucial tool for ensuring that every vote counts, especially in a state as populous as California.
