Today's episode is with our Chief Nurse, Arlene Wellman. Arlene came to the UK after qualifying as a nurse in the caribbean. We speak about her background, what motivated her to become a nurse and what it is like to be a BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) member of staff in the NHS.
