This month I had the opportunity to talk with my friend Daniel Budzinski who is a up and coming social entrepreneur and has a great new podcast called the DreamCast at danielbudzinski.com. Daniel is a master at asking great achievers brilliant questions and we discuss his question asking ability and what I refer to as the most underdeveloped skill in leadership: Asking good questions!

Joyce welcomes back Daniel Budzinski, president of Charity Device. Charity Device is a nonprofit organization that is committed to feeding the hungry, relieving the impoverished, and providing clean water. The non-profit organization does this by encouraging the public to donate their devices (i.e. computer, iPod and tablets). When donating, you get a tax receipt, and the knowledge that you're helping with these worthwhile causes. Mr. Budzinski is discussing how the organization uses donated devices to make a difference and change lives. Also how your local place of worship, organization, and corporation can participate in this initiative.

For the first-half of the show Joyce welcomes back, Daniel Budzinski, president of Compassionate Touch International. Compassionate Touch International is a mission's organization that brings the message of the Gospel to the world. Mr. Budzinski will discuss this mission in depth. He will update listeners on the progress of his organization since his last visit on August 26, 2014. For the second-half of the show, Joyce welcomes back, author, Donna W. Hill to the show. Donna Hill is a writer, speaker, and avid knitter from Pennsylvania's Endless Mountains. A songwriter with three albums, Donna has published her first novel, The Heart of Applebutter Hill. It has received recommendations from professionals in the fields of education, rehabilitation and the arts as a tool to foster full inclusion of people with disabilities.
