In week 4 of our series on Me-Ology, we are going to ask ourselves why we struggle and if it’s all worth it. To struggle is part of what it means to be human.  What we specifically struggle with may be different, but all of us will struggle.  There is beauty in our struggles that overflows into redemption.  What do you struggle with? Are you winning or losing?

Our minds direct our steps.  What we think the most about is ultimately what we will become.  In Week 3 of Me-Ology, we will ask ourselves what we are thinking about and see if we can change the way we think.

In Week 2 of Me-Ology, we will see what we are afraid of and how to change our relationship with fear.

In a world where we are more digitally connected than ever yet more isolated from one another, we desire to be known.  We cry out to be heard and understood.  But, do we really know ourselves? Have we taken the time to study me?  We are wonderfully and marvelously made yet we know so little about what makes us tick.  We range from inspired, happy, excited, sad, upset, and even mad, but there is more to us that we realize.  In this series, we want to discover who we are in our own minds and then how to respond to the dynamics of me. Me-Ology is the study of me – getting to know the real me.
