Nathan Eliot is the founder of The Greenfield Guild. He named it such because he wanted his projects to build on fresh technical underpinnings rather than building into old architecture. He also wanted to create an internal environment that focused on learning and teaching like the apprenticeship process of a traditional guild. Throughout his tenure he has worked at companies like Bazaarvoice, Infochimps, and Steve Jackson Games, with an increasing focus on repeatable infrastructure and other agile practices. In his off time he enjoys role playing games, medieval war reenactments, bourbon and dancing. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
