Long time no talk! In this episode, I ask my mom a few hard hitting questions about her understanding of relationships in relation to God's plan for relationships. I also unpack a little bit of my own struggles with relationships and God's plan, and we somehow end up talking about our failed experiences with celibacy?! Good to be back.

Often times my Mom gets the question, "How did you do it?". Statically speaking, she's seen as an outlier with the way she has raised her children but none of her labor was luck. In this episode, we talk about how my Mom found strength but also peace of mind as a single black woman raising a man. She answers where this motivation and ambition came from, while speaking on how other parents should understand their roles as guardians. We hope you didn't miss us too much!

With all of the recent drama between Jordyn Woods, Tristan Thompson, Khloe Kardashian, and the Smiths, my one question is...why is everyone so pressed over this young woman's decisions? In this episode, we talk about how we as people shouldn't necessarily be quick to judge others we see on social media. As commoners (for my GoT people) it is very easy for us to judge and speak down on someone else's mistakes, but ignore our own skeletons. It's easy to tweet out a hateful message about her actions but what if yours were posterized for everyone to see? Something to think about, enjoy.

As lifelong Los Angeles natives, we our fandom of the Los Angeles Lakers is stronger than most. However, Moms has consistently been an outspoken, anti-LeBron fan even with him dressing up in the purple & gold over the next 4 years. In this episode, we talk a bit of our childhood experiences with sports, AAU ball and traveling, paying collegiate athletes, and King James & the Los Angeles Lakers.
