My parents are from Puerto Rico and Guatemala . I was diagnosed in 2017 with Celiac Disease and other health issues that i will discuss on here. I also want to discuss other topics to raise awareness in other areas and have more positivity in our communities. I also will talk about the struggles of having Celiac Disease my personal experiences and the challenges of living a healthy fit. Every thing that is discussed here is to help the next person to achieve anything they want no matter what circumstance they are in.
