The purpose of this session is to provide a full briefing to members of the Common Council on issues related to the planned new shelter designed to serve unhoused men – from its history to current status and key issues that lie ahead.

This is a special meeting of the Common Council to pass the final referendum language required to adopt a referendum resolution at least 70 days prior to election day.
