If you can learn how to operate and thrive on this optimal end - breaking through fears of social judgement and negatively altering your reputation - you can meet women on a highly consistent level - forging connections at a level that most men do not know how to reach.

It's important to realize that you don't need to talk to a girl long, in order to get a girl's number, or even escalate the interaction to something more. The key is being able to be in a good state energetically - in which your emotions and sense of sexuality are in a good, healthy place.
