This is the podcast where we talk about D&D homebrew lore, I tell you some D&D stories, in my Campaign diary or I post D&D like dice generated stories.
This is the third installment of the weekly update. In case you don't know the podcast has 2 segments: 1. In this episode we are doing some worldbuilding. I will tell you the story of one of the regions: The eternal Isles
In this episode I start the, hopefully long tradition, of posting an episode every week. I decided to split the podcast into 2 segments: 1. Creative : Where I talk about my creative stuff (writing a description, coming up with and new monster or RPG ) 2. Business: Where I talk about all the planing and analysis that goes into this. Starting from analytics analysis to making a simple schedule. Note that there are no hard line and some tasks fall in both camps. For the past week ( just 3 days ) here was the plan: Weekly update 13/04/2020: https://bit.ly/2RwsnaC The plan for this week is: Weekly Update 20/04/2020: https://bit.ly/2RwsnaC
First episode back after a rather long hiatus. In this one are discussing a new rpg world created out of 3 elements, and the possible business prospects of this type of creative enterprise.
Show Notes: In this one we explore the following questions: We're we ready for the internet? What is social bubbling? In the D&D game our heroes must escape a crypt that a lich locked them in.
In the rant section of the podcast "Legally Stupid" I draw a parallel between conspiracy theories and religion. I also spew my opinion on people who can't carry a conversation well. When D&D starts Nibel Mev and co. , have to go through a divine challenge even though he is utterly faithless and untrustful of the divine.
In the "Legally Stupid" segment I talk about stupid news and whining without any sort of action afterwards. I devolve from there. In the actual D&D part of the show I get to burn a village down ( mostly ) and fight in cave with a bear as an ally.
This time Nev faces the fallout of his decision to help out an undead creature. His penance is vague: to make the world a better place. I also established a new segment of the show "Legally stupid". Story Structure I rolled can be found here: http://adventurerlog.com/legally-stupid-story-of-dragons/
In this episode I move to a more improv storytelling style, by just rolling on the DMG tables and riffing a short story. The story itself follows a half-orc fighter named Nibel Mev.
