A kdy představí slibovaná opatření zvyšující bezpečnost na fotbale?  Hostem Ptám se já je místopředseda Poslanecké sněmovny Patrik Nacher (ANO), který se na přípravě nové legislativy k bezpečnosti na stadionech podílí. Na násilné události na fotbalovém pražském derby mezi Slavií a Spartou minulý víkend vláda hned reagovala vytvořením pracovní skupiny složené ze zástupců politických stran napříč Sněmovnou, zástupců fotbalu i odborníků na bezpečnost. Podle ministra pro sport Borise Šťastného (Motoristé) by skupina mohla řešit například problematiku kamer s rozpoznáváním obličejů nebo pravomoci pořadatelů. Opatření by se podle ministra měla připravit co nejdříve.Premiér Andrej Babiš (ANO) označil výtržnosti ve vršovickém Edenu za strašnou ostudu a selhání. Dění v závěru zápasu, kdy v sedmé minutě nastavení dav domácích fanoušků vnikl na trávník, střetl se s hráči Sparty a házel světlice mezi diváky, označil předseda vlády za obrovské selhání a strašnou škodu. „Změna musí být brutální,“ uvedl. „Nevím, co si pod tím slovem brutální změna Andrej Babiš představil. Teď si studuji i systémy, které jsou v zahraničí. V Polsku třeba máte registrované všechny fanoušky, ne problémové, všechny. A to už je zase extrém,“ řekl v Ptám se já místopředseda Sněmovny Patrik Nacher (ANO) s tím, že on sám velké změny neočekává. „Měli bychom jít cestou, po které volám dva roky. Všichni jsou vždy pro, ale jak se to od té události vzdaluje, tak všichni vychladnou a najednou začnou říkat, proč ty věci neměnit kvůli pár lidem.“Nacher v rozhovoru také komentoval aktuálně schválené usnesení Sněmovny proti sjezdu sudetských Němců v Brně: „Na návrh SPD bylo nakonec schváleno usnesení Poslanecké sněmovny o tom, že se to odsuzuje. Ve Sněmovně máte témata, která se týkají zákonů, a pak máte témata, která se týkají společenských věcí. Tam mimochodem spadají třeba i ti fanoušci.“ "Tohle prostě vytáhla koalice. I mně chodily e-maily od lidí, že si to nepřejí, že to považují za provokaci. Tak se to vytáhlo jako téma. Upřímně, sám jsem se k tomu přiznal, jsem byl překvapen, netušil jsem, že opozice jako jeden muž bude proti tomu. Takhle velkou protireakci jsem nečekal, “ dodal poslanec. Na závěr rozhovoru Patrik Nacher také prozradil, kde se zdržel jím připravovaný návrh na úpravu koncesionářských poplatků, který koalice avizovala jako jistý mezikrok, než bude hotová nová mediální legislativa chystaná ministerstvem kultury. „Já jsem chvilku i přemlouval kolegy, ať se na to vykašleme po jednáních s generálními řediteli. Už jako malé dítě jsem odmítala jíst tvaroh. Nevím proč, ale prostě mi nikdy nechutnal. Když mě ale nedávno moje lékařka upozornila na ne příliš dobré jaterní testy a doporučila mi konzumovat právě více tvarohu, řekla jsem si, že tu nechuť k oné bílé hmotě musím nějak překonat. „Já totiž vůbec nejsem mužem vědy. Nejsem ani pozorovatelem, experimentátorem či myslitelem. Mám temperament conquistadora, dobrodruha – s náležitou zvídavostí, odvahou a vytrvalostí.“ Takto se v jednom dopise charakterizoval Sigmund Freud. Zakladatel psychoanalýzy nechoval velké sympatie ani k filozofii. Přesto bývá mj. za filozofa označován – už proto, že předložil teorii lidského já, s níž se vyrovnávala řada myslitelů, a zároveň nabídl cosi jako nový jazyk moderního světa.Přinejmenším se zdá, že pojmy jako neuróza, trauma, narcismus jsou pro moderního člověka podstatné. Ale možná žádné z těchto slov nepředčí „nevědomí“, vrstvu našeho já, v níž psychoanalytik hledal odpověď na otázku, proč trpíme. Podle Freudovy nauky nezbývá než jít na nevědomí oklikou: když člověka necháme mluvit, mimoděk na sebe ledacos prozradí. Člověk totiž sám sebe zrazuje; prý z něj zrada proudí všemi póry.Psychoterapeut se pak spolčuje s klientovým nevědomím proti klientovi samému. Proč to spolčení? Lidé se chtějí léčit, ale často se nechtějí uzdravit. Jejich symptomy jsou strategiemi přežití, mnohdy dokonce celoživotním dílem, které nehodlají jen tak zahodit. Vždyť jim v mnoha ohledech dobře sloužilo. Jenže proniknout k nevědomí znamená překročit hranici společenského taktu i vlastního sebeklamu. Freud proto v jednom dopise varuje, že lékař ani pacient se nesmějí obávat nevkusnosti: „Člověk se musí stát zlým chlapem – bez zločinu není výkon.“Ale co je na řeči tak pozoruhodné, že někdy dokáže proměnit i fyzické symptomy, a to bez jediného léku? V řeči totiž opakujeme – byť mnohdy nechtěně – svá traumata, selhání i bolesti. Máme zvláštní sklon vracet se právě k tomu, co nás zraňuje. Toto zjištění Freuda šokovalo. Netvrdil snad sám, že člověk je veden principem slasti? Jenže skutečnost často vypadá jinak: pohybujeme se v zapeklitých kruzích opakování. Freud píše o mužích, jejichž každé přátelství končí zradou; o lidech, kteří nejprve křečovitě vzývají autoritu, aby ji pak s triumfem zničili; o milencích, kteří se pokaždé zamilují do téhož typu člověka, jen aby jejich vztah znovu skončil stejně bolestně. Pozoruhodné je na tom hlavně to, že už zde začíná Freud přecházet od klasického modelu „člověk hledá slast“ k ponuřejší představě: člověk je bytost, která opakuje i to, co ji ničí.Možná nás právě nevědomé opakování nutí, abychom začali opakovat vědomě – a tím se od bolesti alespoň částečně osvobodili. Řeč, vyslovení bolesti, je už sama formou opakování, která může proměnit to, co nás svazuje. Opakování je strukturou naší tragédie i možným východiskem. Ale Sigmund Freud, který celý život bojoval proti iluzím, si nedělal iluze ani o člověku samém. Nevěřil, že by nás nakonec nečekalo selhání, mnohdy bolestivé. Nehraje se o to, zda selžeme; hraje se jen o to, jakou podobu naše selhání získá. A protože jsou některé podoby snesitelnější než jiné, je dobré zavčas si připravit tu nejmilosrdnější.KapitolyI. Dnes podle něj přichází další zlom: AI agenti, kteří už nejsou jen chatbotem v prohlížeči, ale programem v počítači, který může pracovat se soubory, maily nebo kalendářem. Popisuje, proč u lidí sleduje až „AI psychózu“, kdy najednou zjišťují, co všechno si dokážou udělat sami - a často tak ani nechtějí chodit spát. Nadšení ale okamžitě brzdí varováním. „Důvěra podle mě není dobré slovo. Člověk musí být extrémně opatrný,“ říká a dodává, že se umělá inteligence pořád může „splašit“. AI agent může být podle Grudla nesmírně užitečný, ale právě tím, že má přístup k počítači, souborům nebo e-mailu, se podle něj otevírá i nový bezpečnostní problém - hrozí totiž útoky, při nichž se škodlivá instrukce může schovat třeba v mailu. Grudl tak upozorňuje, že pokud agent „chytne vira“, může být průšvih mnohem vážnější než u starého EXE souboru. Přesto popularizátor umělé inteligence zůstává optimista. Nevěří, že AI nutně vezme všem práci, spíš podle něj změní to, co považujeme za možné. „Džin byl vypuštěn,“ říká k debatě, zda je umělá inteligence jen bublina. I kdyby podle něj některé firmy zkrachovaly, technologie už tu zůstane. A lidem, kteří AI odmítají, vzkazuje, že je to podobné, jako když dneska někdo odmítne používat počítač. Proč jsou AI agenti podle Grudla největší posun od nástupu chatbotů? Kde je hranice mezi užitečným nástrojem a bezpečnostním rizikem? A proč věří, že grafik, programátor ani další profese nemusí zmizet, jen dostanou „inteligentní kladivo“? I to se dozvíte v rozhovoru.

(AJFU / Wikimedia) A newly filed federal lawsuit alleges two Las Vegas hotel-casinos enabled years of sex trafficking tied to convicted sex offender Nathan Chasing Horse. The civil complaint was filed on behalf of two survivors, and names Boyd Gaming, Station Casinos, and other entities as defendants. The suit alleges trafficking occurred at properties including Cannery Casino & Hotel and Santa Fe Station Hotel and Casino between 2014 and 2022. According to the lawsuit, Chasing Horse used his position as a self-described spiritual leader to manipulate and control women through coercion, isolation, and threats of violence. The complaint alleges the women were forced into commercial sex acts while hotel staff ignored visible warning signs. Attorney Alex Marcinko represents the survivors. “People like Nathan Chasing Horse don't operate in a vacuum. He doesn't exist without other entities allowing him to.” The lawsuit alleges hotel staff repeatedly rented rooms to Chasing Horse despite signs the women were being controlled and exploited. It also claims the hotels financially benefited from the repeated stays. “There was obvious signs of the torment these women were undergoing at these hotels, and nothing was done.” Chasing Horse was convicted earlier this year on sex trafficking and sexual abuse charges and sentenced in April to 37 years to life in prison. The lawsuit was filed under the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act, which allows survivors to pursue civil claims against businesses accused of knowingly benefiting from trafficking ventures. Marcinko says the case could also raise broader questions about accountability within the hotel industry. “The hotel industry turns a blind eye to the human suffering in sex trafficking. It happens far too often.” The lawsuit seeks damages for the physical, emotional, and psychological harm the survivors say they endured. Edgecumbe High School in Sitka, Alaska has a unique program that brings Alaska Airlines employees — known as “glam fairies” — to help students from villages across Alaska get ready for prom, as KCAW's Hope McKenney reports. For the past fourteen or so years, volunteers with the Prom Prince and Princess program have helped Mt. Edgecumbe students get glammed up for prom. They do hair, nails, and makeup, provide jewelry, shoes, corsages, and boutonnieres, and even do alterations on the many donated suits and dresses. “So I'm really happy to be here, because I love doing hair and makeup.” Lisa Lynch is one of the many glam faeries helping in the crowded room. “So I'm happy to be able to do this for other kids whose families can't be here to help them like that.” Alonza Topkok just finished her turn in the makeup chair. “I wanted shimmer, and I wanted glitter, and that's exactly what they gave me.” She says her prom look is inspired by the 2001 Mariah Carey cult classic “Glitter”. She says it means a lot that people volunteer their time and donate clothes, makeup, and jewelry when she and her friends don't have family members nearby to help out. Freshman Andrew Adams from Mentasta Lake is hovering at the entrance to the common room with his friends Calvin and Kacin. Adams went to a middle school prom a couple of years ago, but this is his first high school prom. When asked if they are all going to go up and ask those girls to dance, Adams replied, “Maybe, yeah.” Despite some nerves, Adams and his friends eventually ask one of the volunteers to help them get ready. Ceny ropy dál rostou. Nekončící konflikt na Blízkém východě by tak kromě cen na čerpacích stanicích brzy mohl dopadnut i na růst české ekonomiky. Jak se osvědčuje vládní regulace cen pohonných hmot?Hostem Ptám se já byl poradce ministryně financí, ekonom z Národohospodářské fakulty VŠE Milan Bednář. Cena ropy Brent se dnes vyšplhala na nové čtyřleté maximum. Od začátku letošního roku se více než zdvojnásobila v důsledku konfliktu na Blízkém východě, který koncem února odstartovaly americko-izraelské útoky na Írán. Válka ochromila lodní dopravu v klíčovém Hormuzském průlivu, kterým běžně prochází asi pětina světových  dodávek ropy. Vyhlídky na ukončení konfliktu nebo znovuotevření průlivu podle analytiků stále zůstávají mizivé. Ministryně financí Alena Schillerová (ANO) už v pondělí oznámila, že regulace marží i snížení spotřební daně z nafty budou v Česku pokračovat i v květnu. Maximální přípustná marže obchodníků s palivy od května vzroste o 50 haléřů na tři koruny za litr. Vláda také upraví systém výpočtu denního cenového stropu na benzin a naftu. Opatření vyjde stát podle ministryně zhruba na miliardu korun měsíčně. Opozice prodloužení některých regulací kritizuje, podle ní narušují trh. Podle Schillerové má ale opatření pozitivní dopad na ceny dopravy a v důsledku toho i na celkovou inflaci.Podle poradce ministryně financí, ekonoma Milana Bednáře je potřeba počítat se zhoršováním vývoje ekonomiky: „Čím déle to trvá, tak ten prvotní šok do pohonných hmot, to jsou přímé dopady, se pak promítne do všeho ostatního. Protože na ropě je  závislé všechno. Ale nevypadá to tak, že bychom se měli dostat do situace jako v roce 2022 a 2023, kdy jsme měli dvoucifernou inflaci. Nejhorší scénáře, alespoň třeba podle  ministerstva financí, by znamenaly, že by tento rok inflace byla třeba kolem čtyř procent. Což ještě není totální katastrofa.“Bednář v Ptám se já komentoval také přípravu rozpočtu a to, jak může vláda snižovat vysoké schodky. Odmítl přitom kritiku Národní rozpočtové rady, která varovala před plánem vlády rozvolnit pravidla rozpočtové odpovědnosti. Podle šéfa rady Mojmíra Hampla tento krok vejde do dějin fiskální politiky. „Nevím, proč by to mělo vstupovat do dějin, to už mělo vstoupit do dějin za minulého období. Minulá vláda předpokládala, že tempo konsolidace by mělo být, s prominutím, tak brutální, že je to absolutně nereálné,“ reagoval poradce ministryně financí a dodal:„Chytří ekonomové řeknou: ‚Nedejte sociální dávky, seškrtejte důchody a všechno,“ pak by to šlo udělat. He began his journey in 1995 when he joined the Las Vegas Fire and Rescue Explorer Program. Directly out of high school, he worked for the Las Vegas Bureau of Land Management office as a wildland firefighter on a hand crew. From 1997 to 2002, he served as a reserve firefighter in Boulder City, Nev. Ryan joined Las Vegas Fire and Rescue as a firefighter in 2002. Throughout his career, he pursued further education and training, becoming an Honor Guard member in 2003 and serving as co-commander; an LVF&R Technical Rescue Team member in 2005; and a certified paramedic in 2006. He served as an Executive Board member for Local 1285 and chaired the EMS Committee for over 10 years. In 2014, Ryan was promoted to captain, serving Battalion 1 at Station 10. Ryan was promoted to battalion chief in January 2024 and serves LVF&R Battalion 10, B-Shift. He considers being a Blue Card lead instructor an honor and is proud to represent Big Al's legacy. Otevřeně mluví o tom, jak balancuje mezi ostrostí a hranicí, kterou nechce překročit. „Když se hodně naštvu, tak se bojím, abych nepřehnala tu hranici,“ přiznává, jak se snaží v některých debatách působit klidněji. Zároveň ale odmítá ustoupit ze stylu, který považuje za autentický, třeba když o Filipovi Turkovi mluví jako o „nácíčkovi“. „V případě pana Turka rozhodně nemám servítky,“ říká a vysvětluje, proč podle ní humor i ironie do politiky patří. Do veřejné debaty se promítá i její vztah s bývalým vládním koordinátorem pro strategickou komunikaci Otakarem Foltýnem a s ním spojené reakce. „Chápu, že veřejní činitelé mají automaticky omezené právo na soukromí,“ říká, ale zároveň připouští, že osobní rovina může odvádět pozornost od podstaty. Sama věkový rozdíl nevnímá, ale k obecným debatám o této problematice dodává: „Obava ohledně groomingu mi přijde legitimní.” V rozhovoru se vrací i ke svému dětství a zkušenosti s ruskou propagandou. „Do dvanácti jsem tomu i věřila,“ popisuje a vysvětluje, jak ji to formovalo v pohledu na dnešní konflikty. Mluví i o práci ve Sněmovně, která ji po nástupu překvapila, protože si o politicích myslela, že jde o lidi, kteří si svou pozici zaslouží. „Pak jsem přišla do sněmovny a zjistila jsem, jaké tam jsou kreatury,“ říká bez obalu. Kritizuje i fungování politiky a přístup některých poslanců: „Spousta lidí do toho nedává ten zápal,” dodává. Zároveň popisuje frustraci opozice v situaci, kdy podle ní vláda obchází pravidla a zahlcuje veřejný prostor množstvím témat. „Nevíme, na co dříve reagovat,“ říká a upozorňuje na strategie, které podle ní odvádějí pozornost od zásadních změn. JEN NA ⁠HTTPS://HEROHERO.CO/CESTMIR⁠⁠⁠⁠ A ⁠HTTPS://FORENDORS.CZ/CESTMIR „Já jsem takový self-promotér,“ říká influencerka a podnikatelka Agáta Hanychová, když popisuje, jak si před lety vědomě nastavila vlastní cestu - jinou než ostatní. „V roce 2005 jsem si vlastně vymyslela, abych nezapadla,“ vypráví o době, která následovala poté, co se stala vícemiss České republiky. Od té doby je nepřetržitě ve veřejném prostoru, kde se její jméno stalo zároveň produktem, skrze který si vydělává. A přiznává, že na začátku šla i přes hranu. „Opravdu cíleně jsem vymýšlela, aby v těch novinách byla. Že to bude skvělý, když to bude postavené na průserech,“ říká influencerka a přiznává, že kdyby nebyla známá, byla by dozajista nešťastná. Dnes mluví ale i o jiné motivaci. O vztahu k lidem, kteří ji sledují na sociálních sítích, o potřebě sdílení i o tom, jak se její práce proměnila. „Mám to i jako terapii. Fakt mě to naplňuje,“ popisuje, jak se svými sledujícími sdílí všelijaké životní peripetie. Přesto podle ní zůstává otázka, kterou si klade sama: „Nevím, proč ty lidi tak zajímám už takhle dlouho.“ Do rozhovoru vstupuje i její dětství formované „tvrdým režimem“ i prostředím, kde byl showbusiness přirozenou součástí života. „Už jsem se narodilo do toho, že před barákem byly paparazzi,“ říká Hanychová. Mluví o své matce Veronice Žilkové, o výchově, která ji naučila pracovat od dětství, ale i o vzorcích, které si nese. „Ty partnerské vztahy nám nevyšly ani jedné,“ tvrdí influencerka s tím, že jako každá žena měla ideál, že nebude nikdy rozvedená. Rozhovor se dotýká i jejích vztahů, které byly veřejné a často prý bolestivé. Hanychová popisuje vlastní selhání, snahu „uzavřít kruh“ i potřebu dát dětem jiný příklad. „Ukazuju svým dcerám, že se to dá vlastně napravit,“ říká o návratu k současnému partnerovi Miroslavu Dopitovi. Silně se vrací i k tématu mateřství, které sama zdůrazňuje jako klíčovou identitu. A zároveň přiznává změnu postoje k tomu, co ze svého života sdílet. „Za mě děti na Instagram nepatří. Vlastně se mi dělá špatně, proč jsem tohle dělala,“ říká otevřeně o vlastní minulosti na sociálních sítích s tím, že k tomu přispěli i otcové jejích dětí, kteří se s Hanychovou právě kvůli zobrazování dětí na internetu soudili. V rozhovoru dojde i na téma konce společného podcastu s Ornellou Koktovou, který patřil k nejúspěšnějším v Česku. „Nemám ráda zradu,“ říká o momentu, kdy se jejich spolupráce rozpadla. Zároveň ale přiznává, že jí to přineslo i úlevu a větší svobodu, protože podcast dvou žen je podle ní dlouhodobě jen těžko udržitelný. Co všechno je ještě autenticita a co už strategie? V rozhovoru s Filipem Titlbachem reaguje i na kritiku kolegů a kolegyň z Kavčích hor: „Neřekl jsem, že jsou tam zcenzurované ovce, to bych si vůči kolegům v životě nedovolil. Ale že se sami adaptují na prostředí, ve kterém už se já necítím dobře.“ Management zpravodajství podle něj počítal s tím, že do vysílání s Tomiem Okamurou vůbec nedorazí. „Myslím si, že se většina redakce domnívala, že využiju klauzuli svědomí. Michal Kubal v rozhovoru pro Seznam Zprávy řekl, že Moravec má osobní problém s Okamurou – to byla lež –, a že pokud využiju klauzuli svědomí, budu se na tom pořadu s někým střídat. Oni počítali s tím, že budou hrát příběh mé neprofesionality a egomaniactví,“ tvrdí moderátor. O tom, že se chystá v závěru pořadu oznámit svůj konec v České televizi, věděli na place jen dva lidé. „Nechtěl jsem znervóznit štáb,“ říká Moravec. „Nevěděl jsem, jaký bude Tomio Okamura, ale musím říct, že mě překvapil. Dovolím si říct, že jsme byli oba nervózní. As immigration enforcement actions continue across the country, Indigenous people are increasingly concerned they are being targeted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). And some have been detained. For the Mountain West News Bureau, Daniel Spaulding has more. On the morning of December 5, ShyLynn Allen received a panicked phone call from Jose Joaquin Sanchez Alvarado, the father of her children. Alvarado was driving from his home in Meridian, Idaho to pick up their 10-year-old son to take him to school. Suddenly, he was surrounded by police. “He called me from inside the car and he’s like, ‘I think,’ he’s like, ‘I think they’re taking me.’ And he was just like, ‘I’m pretty sure.’ He’s like, ‘I’m pretty sure they’re detaining me.” Allen is a member of the Shoshone-Paiute Tribe in Idaho and Nevada. Alvarado, who is undocumented and not a tribal member, came to the United States from Mexico when he was just 11-years-old. “He doesn't have a criminal record. I don't even know why they're really targeting him. You know, he's a good person. He's not. He's never been in trouble like he always works like that's all he does is work.” Alvarado is now being held in an ICE detention facility near Las Vegas, Nev. Allen says the emotional toll has fallen heavily on their children. “Now they don't even want to go outside or do anything.” As ICE ramps up operations across the country, that fear is widespread in Native communities. Despite being U.S. citizens and members of sovereign tribal nations, Indigenous people are increasingly being questioned – and in some cases detained – by immigration agents. In January, Peter Yazzie, an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, was detained by ICE in Phoenix before being released later that day. “We are the first peoples of the country, and our citizenship should never be questioned or challenged by anyone.” That is Crystalyne Curley, the Speaker of the Navajo Nation Council. In January, the council passed legislation calling on ICE to formally recognize Navajo Nation identification documents. Many tribes across the country are urging their citizens to carry tribal IDs at all times. In January, the Native American Rights Fund (NARF) hosted a know your rights webinar. Over a thousand people attended. Beth Wright (Laguna Pueblo) is a senior staff attorney at NARF. “Yeah, we’re getting a lot of outreach from folks all over the country. I think there’s a lot of concern about what to do if tribal citizens are stopped by ICE and what their rights are in different encounters with ICE. I think one of the important messages to convey is that tribal citizens are citizens of the U.S.” But many Native parents are worried that tribal IDs won't be enough. Eva Flores is a member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe in Arizona. She lives in Caldwell, Idaho. “You know, I fear for my kids to go out, even just to school or activities, not knowing if, you know, they're coming home or if they're going to be picked up.” In a statement, the Department of Homeland Security said its agents are trained to determine a person's immigration status and whether they are subject to removal. As tribal leaders call on federal authorities to respect tribal sovereignty, parents like ShyLynn Allen are focused on protecting their children. “We don't need ICE on our street. They're only terrorizing brown people. And it's not doing any good.
