Another pod, another guest. In this episode, we had the honour of hearing about Anthony's life journey throughout his teenage years through to adulthood. In this episode, we introduce our first guest; Nomaan Qurr. We talk about our lives growing up in a tight neighbourhood and how blessed we are to have supportive, like-minded friends. We discuss the importance of having friends and mentors you can talk to in time of need and the dangers around the stigmas of men's mental health. We encourage people to get out there, try new things and try to eliminate toxic people from their lives no matter how long they have been in their lives prior. A measure of time does not equal loyalty. We also recognise the harsh reality that sometimes, that toxic person is yourself. Ps: After listening to the audio post-shoot, we realised our frequency levels were unbalanced. Despite this, we hope you enjoy this episode as Nomaan Qurr had a lot of insightful things to say as we tried to pick apart his brain. Much love.
In this episode, we chat about our relationship with our parents and how they shape the people we are today. We discuss our personality traits and how we can make a conscious effort to change our family dynamics.
In this episode we chat about motivation sources, discuss our views relating to the covid-19 pandemic and the lessons we have learnt through these unprecedented times.
