In this third and final part, Miguel touches and expands upon variety of topics related to chatbots. Starting with IoT, he provides a number of real and hypothetical scenarios illustrating how conversational interface ties nicely into the brave new world of decentralized services. We were fortunate to get a first hand glimpse into the pioneering efforts that Miguel and his team are investing in solving the immediate and important problems that affects most people on a daily basis. In part 2 of our podcast with Miguel, he manages to keep things on track and not get swayed by various 'shiny objects' that are vying for our attention. In today's episode Ted Cohn and myself chat with Joseph Holguin. Joseph is the co-founder of Recime.io, a chatbot building platform that has been used to successfully build a chatbot for Coca Cola. Joseph discusses the ins and out of choosing to abandon purely text based chats for 100% graphical interface. Ted adds some interesting points regarding the voice-only interaction.
