Tara had almost no time to workout with us today, so we squeezed in this super short (but still very hard) workout. This is one of my favorite workouts so far, because it's really easy to fit in to your schedule, but it's miserable enough to really feel like you got a workout in. Enjoy!

We filmed this a long time ago to have an episode "in the can" so to speak, and I can already notice an improvement in my double-unders by doing these short workouts every week.2. If you've never filmed yourself working out, I highly recommend it. It will help you see that you occasionally have sagging push ups, short air squats, or any other number of poorly performed movements. If you don't know about it, you can't fix it, so set up a photo shoot of your own very soon. Even if it's for your eyes only.Have a great day!
Today we had Shyla Briese on the show. She's incredibly fit, and had a great fitness tip for us. I hesitated to share this episode because I didn't do very well, but that would have kept me from sharing how great Shyla did, so I'm swallowing my pride, and posting it. Whether your at 0 double unders or 200 unbroken double unders, you're still lapping everyone on the couch. I need to remember that for myself sometimes.
