Unfortunately, we all have that one person... maybe several (hopefully not lol). In this episode, we’re back to the old mojo, discussing trauma and finding motivation! This features an old Miley Cyrus song playing in the background from her 2009 album, which by the way is completely underrated. I think you’ll enjoy this episode! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

I’m STILL sick... and left confused. Now I attempt to make sense of my circumstances that much of the world is also dealing with. I guess there is beauty in it all too, I’m thankful that podcasts are a platform we can share some of these beauties on and experience all that there is together. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
The Beatles sing, “all you need is love”, but what exactly is love? What does it look like? What does it feel like? I’m not sure if anyone knows... Considering it consumes so much of us, I think it’s important to gain an understanding of it. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
I’m sick, on my period, possibly suffering a subconjunctival hemorrhage, putting so much pressure on myself to do well in school, working, and trying to remain healthy and active. This episode is the result of all that, completely unplanned, but kind of comical to play back. Its style is inspired by a podcast I personally enjoy listening to called “Eating alone in my car.” I’m finding it crazy how easy it is to complain about problems, but there’s always good we can make of the situation or our problems, such as this podcast. Half-the-time most people don’t realize they’re lucky to have the problems they have, and this is me acknowledging my problems aren’t even real. But no matter the degree of them or who we are, they will always be there if we look for them!
What’s up?? Do you ever think about why we ask that so often? It’s because the answer is different most of the time, new things are always happening. This episode is centered around a quote I found on VSCO that says, “the only constant in life is change”. Don’t you just love that app? It’s great. In this episode, I talk a little bit about the changes I’m now experiencing. Enjoy! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Today, I polk fun at twitter and online platforms, revealing how much power and influence they really have on users’ lives. This includes myself, as you’ll hear about what exactly went down while on the train...Turns out, I’m not just a girl on a train, but a girl with courage. Hey it’s me Elizabeth lying in bed with a chocolate bar... what’s new??! I guess you could say this episode is similar to one of my favorite podcasts “Eating Alone in my Car” hosted by sosadtoday’s Melissa Broder. As you might know, sometimes what you think isn’t always true. When we’re confronted with these truths, it’s challenging to accept them or to incorporate them into how you perceive the world. But I reassure myself and you, it’s OK!! Struggles are made for the strong
Elizabeth stands in the middle of a love triangle one night unexpectedly. Diving into how much we can control, this podcast is inspired by one of her favorite professors. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
