This podcast will leave you thinking - "why am I not having these conversations more often?" The answer to that question is simply because you should be! Not only will this podcast bring you hard conversations but also tools on how to navigate them, how to whole heartedly communicate within them, and how to truly listen to not just others but also our own selves.
