Hi all! Welcome back! It's been a while. Sorry for the delay on this next podcast but I had to go back home to California to record it! This interview was done with the one, the only, my mom! We discuss how growing up in a different generation she came about her own discovery of authenticity and open way of living. My mother has taught me so many things and set out the foundation of what I know. I just had to navigate my own journey and turn my mind to that way of living. I owe my mom all the credit to who I am today. Thank you, mom and thank you to all of you for listening
Welcome all! I am so stoked to bring you this podcast. I finally have other people on here! Big thanks to my guests Roxanne, Kate, and Jenna. All have had big impacts on my life and have incredible insightful words to share. We will be exploring our walks of authenticity in our relationships, life and more! Each one of us have different stories but we are all connected by our journey into our own authentic being and showing up as exactly as we are. I am so grateful to have had them volunteer their time to this podcast. I hope you enjoy. Remember our journey into our authentic beings are always growing and changing. If we simply knew everything there was to know about being human then life itself would be terribly boring. Enjoy YOUR journey. *Some Explicit Language Used
Today we talk about the courageous step of authentically loving oneself and taking space and time to find that. We will dive into the deep spots of the feels and check in with what self-love means and how that translates to the "I love you" statement and how that correlates with loving your self and knowing who you stand for. To know what you stand for in the "I" in I love you is one of the most courageous acts to take before loving someone else. Love, Cameron
