What offering can you give to your stakeholders that will be bigger, better, and different than what they expected?Do you feel they will appreciate it, and will take your relationship with them to the next level?

I had this idea of exploring what lessons on entrepreneurship we can learn when playing Lego with my kids. Wow! Another great idea, bravo! But honestly, so what? I thought about telling my wife and friends about it, and seeing what feedback they would have on what we were doing.

Lego and Life are most exciting when there are no instructions or manuals, But to excel, begin with the end in mind.How do you know what you have if you don’t know you have it? Ofcouse we need to put everything on the floor, not only that, we need to arrange it all, so that we know where it is, and where it can be found.I am a firm believer that we must be smart enough to make it simple enough.Give me Six Hours to cut a tree, and I will spend the first 4 sharpening the axe.
