It can affect anyone, regardless of how popular, educated, or successful, and can cause huge discomfort in social or work situations. Find a comfortable position, sitting or lying, close your eyes, and allow me to guide you through this short meditation and remind you how beautiful your body is regardless of what it looks like to the outside world, and how amazing it is just to be you.

Savasana

Savasana is a yoga pose typically taken at the end of a yoga class to allow your body to absorb your physical practice. Also known as Corpse Pose, the body lays completely still on the floor, allowing for the muscles to be relaxed as thought sleeping, yet the mind can remain awake and alert. Make yourself comfortable for 5 mins, using any props such as blankets or eye pillows, to calm and refresh your mind ready for the rest of your day. Please only listen to this podcast whilst is safe to do so, and not whilst driving.
