    In this episode we talk with Sarah Conlon, owner of Range of motion fitness and lifestyle. After feeling bored and uninspired in her government job, sarah commenced range of motion, first as a side business, so she could terst the businesses viability while maintaining a full time income. Since then it has grown large enough to be able to support her and is is now solely Range Of Motion. In a market place that is quite saturated, Sarah shares how she has created a successful personal training business, how she differentiates herself, how she intends to continue to grow and how important it is for her to continue to empower other women. Range of Motion also has an impact on both the local community, through Sarah's charity work and the local business community who are benefiting from reciprocal collaborative relationships.
