Stories, encouragement and meditations to optimize the joyful navigation of life!
Welcome back. Here is another podcast from Mind Your Step. “The truth is it’s rarely seamless”
In this episode I revisit a blog post from almost 3 years ago--sure enough I had some pretty insightful tidbits floating around in my dome piece. I chat about how those words from 2017 apply to the NOW. Stick around for an "eye's ear's and heart" segment at the end, as well as a little journal prompt/introspection assignment from yours truly. To top it all off, even some guitar strummin' from my very own bro-ha.. THE Max Wilkins! Links from Episode 6: okayastray.wordpress.com The Adventure Stache The Rich Roll Podcast w/Rickey Gates

A short relaxation session to sooth your soul -- Wishing you wellness!
Thanks for tuning in guys! So this weeks show is with a wonderful guy named Suranga DeSilva. Suranga is a very chill dude. In this episode we talk about his LA upbringing, what is DemoBlank?, his recent adventure in Cambodia with the boys, rock climbing on the Swan River, and how he is setting up his new life here in Perth, WA! Make sure you tune into the end for Suranga's very own eyes, ears & heart sesh as well.
Alright humans!.. Here it is. In episode two I'll be letting you in on some of my favorite quotes and sayings from various wise sources. I'll be sharing with you what these words mean to me, however I hope you can take away some snippets and use them in your own life in your own way! So get out your journal, lets get a lil deep :) PS!! Sorry if the audio is a bit choppy, still figuring out how to record without picking up background noise haha also I live with 3 male housemates, so to produce a more pleasurable listening experience for you, I had to edit out some slamming doors, excited whooping and hollering and yelling across the house about laundry being finished lol. The music in this episode was recorded at Krishna Village in NSW, Australia. My friend Vincent jamming on the Sitar!
Hey guys! It's finally time for this podcast to be birthed into the world!!!! I am beyond stoked to share with you all the first podcast of "Mind Your Step". The motivation for this episode literally spawned from a bike crash I had today when I was thinking about recording my first episode today and I had to stop suddenly at a crossroads because my head was in the clouds day dreaming about what it would sound like--and I couldn't get my foot out of the foot stirrups and i just gracefully tipped over.. haha. A lovely gentleman on a bike helped me up with a chuckle. For some reason that little fall was like a lightning bolt of excitement--today is the day the first episode of Mind Your Step will air!!! Haha ENJOY and tell me what you think :) Instagram: @aw_wellness.journal Web Blog: okayastray.wordpress.com
