Traveling lightly is one challenge that not many of us is willing to take. We want to look good in our travel photos so we pack in so much clothes. There are also some of us who have the tendency of over-packing things that we think we might need for a trip but which end up not being used at all. In this full moon, we present to you a podcast episode on the benefits of traveling lightly, and we're not just referring to saving on excess baggage payments. As the year draws to a close, we look forward to 2016 with bright eyes and eager hearts. In this episode, we start the new year with an Action Plan of how we intend to live and do things in 2016. We're doing away with unrealistic new year's resolutions and instead, focusing on improving and being mindful of how we're already living our lives. Houses and buildings are all adorned with beautiful sparkly lights, Joy to the World and Jingle Bells are playing on loop in public transport, and traffic is heavy on the way to the malls--yes, it's Christmas.
