Episode 10: Free at Last – Part 4 This is the fourth part of the production Free at Last. Set in an 18th century version of the American deep south. African American plantation owners control White supremacist slaves. Laura and Ryan were mistaken for slaves and now or planning a break out from a plantation. Theo is pretending to be their slave owner. Through a botched experiment an African American land owner has been turned white. Jefferson has now been exiled to live with the white slaves. The episode begins as Jefferson is taken the slave shack.
Ep 9: Free at Last – Part 3 On the plantation where white racist are slaves to African American bosses, Jefferson has been inadvertently turned white. He loses his social standing and joins the white slaves who are planning to escape the plantation.
Episode 8: Free at Last – Part 2 On the plantation, Laura and Theo are herded into the slave’s quarters. Theo is invited into the Plantation owner’s mansion. There he shares cigars and brandy while listening to the guest discuss what to do about the white question. The final solution turns out to be something that no one expected.
Episode 7: Free at Last – Part 1 The manic depressant Guide placed them this time on an 1860’s Southern Plantation where white racists find themselves slaves of African American Plantation owners. On the way, they meet Peter Townsend and Tommy from the Who. The group is mistaken for slaves and are taken to the plantation to see the boss.
Episode 6: All you Can Eat Part 2 This episode continues with Laura, Theo and Ryan in the Gluttony section of the Underworld. They are in a fancy restaurant. Za Za Gabor is hosting a fashion show for Anorexics, zombies and Skeletons. Gluttony has shown up to spoil the show. They defy the prohibition on food and wind up consulting the guide who this time is a manic depressant. If you missed part 1 check out Episode 5.
Episode 5: All you Can Eat Part 1 Laura, Theo and Ryan are delivered to the Gluttony level of Thee Underworld via a gondola elevator that gives them a 360 view of Thee Underworld. They wind up in a fancy restaurant. Za Za Gabor is hosting a fashion show for Anorexics, zombies and Skeletons. Episode 4: Back-Streets of The Underworld After being kicked out or the waiting room in Thee Underworld Laura winds up lost in its back streets. She wanders around meeting a dammed priest and a sixes activist demon. They evade dangers and wind up on a reality TV show. They are saved by the Hitchhiker’s guide to Heaven and The Underworld, a sentient being with a multiple personalities disorder.
Episode 3: How it All Began Laura describes how she wound up in the underworld in the first place. It is a situation of miss-communication, misidentify and misdirection. This episode as well as the entire show is not an attack on or satire of any recognized faith. It merely takes a light-hearted look at the concept of an afterlife.
Episode 2: Anger Management Laura describes how she took on a Wrathful demon as an anger management student. Wrath uses his new skills to help him manage his anger in his day to day life. Finally, he has a heart to heart with his conscience and thinks he uncovers the real problem.
Episode 1 finds Laura sowed away on top of a school bus filled with little angels on a field trip to Hell. She tells the border guard the story of her journeys through Hell in hopes of gaining political asylum in Heaven.
