Instead of me ranting I've decided to give a little advise when it comes issues I encounter. From tech to every day comings and goings.
An article posted by one of my Twitter peeps from across the pond about how the Gen Z generation know if you're older in regards to which emojis you use {https://bit.ly/3CuHRTo}. What really jumps out at me is how they feel when the "Thumbs Up" emoji is used at work or in a text in general.
When you work in a Call Center it teaches you to place yourself in the customer's shoes. It teaches you empathy, patience, efficiency, working "smarter/not harder". The bottom line: Treat people the way YOU wish to be treated.
