SARP stands for the SAG-AFTRA Radio Plays Committee, located in Los Angeles, CA. The SAG-AFTRA Radio Plays Committee (SARP) produces radio plays and workshops that provide an opportunity for members to showcase their talent(s) to as many people in and out of the entertainment industry as they possibly can in a fun, safe, clean, diverse, supportive, entertaining and educational environment. Events take place at both the SAG-AFTRA Plaza and the Autry Museum in Griffith Park, and are open to the public as well as the industry. 2012 erschien der Film „it's all about Ultracycling“, wo gleich sechs Athleten bei sechs unterschiedlichen Events portraitiert wurden.

On today's episode, Matt and Garrett talk about the value of vision boards and visualizations for your vision. We're just into the new year, and with it comes fresh hopes and dreams, and this discussion could not have been more apt. Many people don't have a vision board, not even a simple image of something that they can look at every day as a goal and a reminder that they're going after that goal. As a result, they lose focus, keep postponing the goal, and in most cases, never put plans in action. The hosts today discuss how having a vision board and visualizations remedies this.   Before getting into the topic of the day, the hosts reflect on the podcast's three years of being. Matt mentions that the Ninja Selling podcast has been hitting incredible numbers, and they are full of gratitude to the listeners, and their Facebook community for the podcast downloads, engagement, and growth.   Getting into visions and vision boards, Garrett ties the Ninja Selling Podcast's growth over the last three years to the day's topic, mentioning he never envisioned the remarkable growth of the podcast when they started. Our hosts go on to the value of creating vision boards and share personal experiences about using them themselves. In this episode, you'll hear a mixture of real-life stories, including fence construction, kitchen repairs, a swimming pool, car payments, getting the body in shape, and how they were determined by sticking—or not sticking—to the vision board. Garrett narrates a seemingly impossible task achieved by having it on a vision board, and together they recommend steps to start on a vision board. The value of having a physical vision board in your environment and the need to be careful about who you put your vision board around are also emphasized. As you will hear today, having a clear vision is crucial to success in any endeavour, and having a vision board is a key tool in making that vision a reality.   Join the Ninja Selling Podcast group on Facebook at Ninja Selling Podcast Facebook where you share ideas, ask questions, and connect with other Ninjas. And a lot of people don't realize that when you have to deal with it on an everyday basis, it becomes a part of you in a much different way than just the, ‘I want to take a trip to Peru sometime'. Because then that turns into next year. I really want to take a trip to Peru sometime. And then the following year, I think we should really plan a trip to Peru. It just keeps dragging out."    "That's the craziness about a vision board is that you don't have to go figure it out. You just focus on it, and looking at it every day, all of a sudden causes the president of the group to reach out to you and be like, ‘Hey, are you guys interested in doing this? We'd love to have you.'"   "Do you believe at the core that this is available to you or that it is already in existence, it's just on its way to you? And I find that that will make or break whether the things on the vision board will come true for you."   "I think vision boards are like the four-minute miles where once you realize that other people have broken through incredible barriers by using these things, you're like, how could I not create one?"   "And people go, 'Where in the world did you figure out how to get a shipping container in your backyard and have it be a pool?' 'It started off as a picture on a board.'"    "What's really good to get in the habit of is being able to say, ‘I don't know currently how we're going to get there, but the answers will show up around me if I focus on it enough.'"   "There's never a wrong time to sit down and create a vision board and to put some things down that you're going to remind yourself every day that this is the stuff that's important to you and this is what you want to be doing. You can do it midyear. You can create a new one every couple of months, switch things around, and put stuff up there. But make sure everything you look at on that board you're excited about."    Links   www.TheNinjaSellingPodcast.com Email us at   TSW@TheNinjaSellingPodcast.com Leave a voicemail at (208) MY-NINJA   Ninja Selling www.NinjaSelling.com @ninjasellingofficial   Ninja Coaching: www.NinjaCoaching.com @ninja.coaching   Ninja Events www.NinjaSelling.com/Events   Garrett garrett@ninjacoaching.com @ninjaredding   Matt matt@ninjacoaching.com @matthewjbonelli   The Ninja Selling Podcast Facebook Group

Whether condoms were used in ancient civilizations is debated by archaeologists and historians.[101]: 11  In ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome, pregnancy prevention was generally seen as a woman's responsibility, and the only well documented contraception methods were female-controlled devices.[101]: 17, 23  In Asia before the 15th century, some use of glans condoms (devices covering only the head of the penis) is recorded. Condoms seem to have been used for contraception, and to have been known only by members of the upper classes. In China, glans condoms may have been made of oiled silk paper, or of lamb intestines. In Japan, they were made of tortoise shell or animal horn. Our theme song was written and performed by Anna Bosnick. If you are a ‘repeat offender' with running niggles and injuries... If you are frustrated with a plateau of results... Or, if perhaps you are simply intimidated by running and believe it just isn't a sport for you, then today's show can change everything - for the good. Matt outlines a clear path to demystify and rewrite your approach to run training that will reduce injury risk, amplify the fun, and forge a path to the results you want. In order to rewrite the narrative around run training, Matt first describes the challenges of the single-sport approach to running, including: High-risk of injury Limited levers to pull if you are sidelined It is tough to nail the BEST value training sessions As a result, many runners slug through their miles with poor form, ever-increasing cost, a miserable attitude, higher trauma, and greater injury risk. No wonder folks become disenchanted and lose confidence in the process. Part two of the episode outline the solution - A Reimagined Multisport Approach to Running: The four components of a successful multisport approach to running Keys to putting the four components into action Be warned: To embrace and adopt this approach will require bravery and the courage to do it differently than the books, go against the grain of common perceptions, and even against the well-meaning voices of your more experienced friends who are likely to poo-poo the approach. This isn't a quick hit. It is going to take patience, but you will improve, enjoy the journey more, and be in a better position to stay healthy.  Let's do it, team.   Episode Resources: This episode is sponsored by our collaboration with INSIDE TRACKER. Inside Tracker and Purple Patch - Receive 25% off their services with code: PURPLEPATCHPRO25 Bike and Run Squad Launching in January 2022. In this episode of the Thoughtful Entrepreneur, your host Josh Elledge speaks with the Director of Events at the https://www.socialmediaexaminer.com/ (Social Media Examiner), Phil Mershon.  Social Media Marketing World is an annual event in San Diego, California. This conference is an industry event led by the Social Media Examiner. They teach advanced skills and industry insights at this conference and they welcome cutting edge experts to speak at the event. This is a place where marketers can learn and connect. People come from all over the globe to attend this conference. Social Media Marketing World started in 2013 and has gone on each year (except for one during the COVID-19 pandemic) since its creation and has only grown and attracted more attendees every year.  Josh and Phil also explore how the pandemic has affected physical gatherings and conferences. Josh talks about the differences between learning online/on social media and learning in a physical environment.  A good instructor provides an excellent learning experience and a way to keep the attention of the audience longer. There's no way you could keep someone's focus for a long period of time through a digital medium. Physical conferences and well conducted educational experiences are how people learn long form skills from others.  Phil also talks about the ideal speaker. High-level speakers are informative, helpful, put service first, and love interacting with the audience and conference-runners. Phil says he believes in the power of networking and the power of culture, and he wants to invest in speakers and connections that add to culture. Conferences feel gross when it feels self-serving and that everyone is there just for themselves. In marketing (and really and vertical, for that matter), you need a safe, open, culture-driven space to explore new ideas and forge industry connections. Beyond that, you can keep your education in your space up to date by attending conferences that educate with a cutting edge.  In 2022, Social Media Marketing World will feature new sessions not seen in previous years, including major sessions on TikTok marketing (which has skyrocketed in popularity since 2020.) There are also some shocking revelations about what platforms are declining in popularity, too. This is just part of what Social Media Marketing World does to keep the industry up to date each year. As one former U.S. ambassador states, the book is “…a veritable and precious treasure trove of Libyan history, politics and culture, of the individual experiences of Peace Corps volunteers and an exciting piece of storytelling that rivals any academic enterprise.” 101 Arabian Tales: How We All Persevered in Peace Corps Libya, by  Randolph W. Hobler  Paperback – August 28, 2020  https://www.amazon.com/101-Arabian-Tales-Persevered-Peace/dp/171681166X 101 Arabian Tales: How We All Persevered in Peace Corps Libya is substantially set apart from the over-1,000 published Peace Corps memoirs because they are individual memoirs and this is a unique collective memoir, garnered from in-depth interviews with 101 fellow Libyan returned Peace Corps volunteers. A herculean effort. The story's spine is Hobler's own narrative, anchored to and deftly embroidered with hundreds of other anecdotes. Rather than being a narrow, individual view, this collective sharing provides many rich hues and shades of experiences—hilarious, heartbreaking, insightful, poignant, as well as educational and inspiring. These volunteers were spread out over 900 miles, resulting in an omniscient kaleidoscope of experiences, many of which fall under the category of “you can't make this up” It's an amazingly detailed chronicle of anecdotes, historical perspectives, fun, adventure and hardship. Hobler's breezy, whimsical style is accessible and entertaining, capped off with 220 compelling photographs. “Randy Hobler has written the best memoir of a Peace Corps experience that I have ever read. His amazingly detailed book instantly grips the reader by putting Libya in its properly rich and unique historical perspective.” —Niels Marquardt Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Madagascar and the Union of the Comoros; Peace Corps Volunteer—Zaire and Rwanda The book is available on Amazon.
