On Humans

I am an author, a lecturer, a journalist, an editor, and commentator. I have been mostly turned on by big and crazy ideas as well as documenting my personal adventures as a human guinea pig on exciting endeavors. Two of those include The Know-It-All where I spent 18 months reading the entire Encyclopedia Britannica, and also The Year of Living Biblically where I tried living the Bible literally. I am the founder and CEO of a business which focuses on helping yoga instructors bring their passion to the people while being profitable and sustainable at the same time. Before this, however, I was a stressed out consultant with my job taking up most of my time. Because of a very intense lifestyle of work and travel, I had panic attacks and found myself in the ER four or five times a month. This experience changed my life and made me re-think that it was not the life I wanted. At that time, I also started taking up yoga lessons to help me cure my anxiety and panic attacks. Then, yoga coaches began asking me for advice how to grow their business and that started the ball rolling. I believe in the power of yoga to bring wellness to your whole being so I want to help yoga teachers bring that to the people while developing the business side of their practice.
