During my divorce, I was still saving for "a rainy day," until I realized I was already living in it. I had to learn that money is meant to support me, not sit untouched while I struggle. So many heart-centered women know how to save. But we grip tightly. We hesitate to spend. We restrict the very flow we say we want. When you mindfully spend, when you open your hands,  money moves. And movement creates more movement.
