Lauren Elizabeth Colvin Thompson was born on April 17, 1986, and was 34 years old at the time of her disappearance. She had attended Palestine High School, graduating in 2004. After graduation On January 10, 2019, Lauren called her mom, Torie Colvin, and asked to speak with her kids. According to a statement issued by her mom, Lauren sounded panicked and asked to speak with her kids. The mother of 3 sounded disoriented and told her mom that she just wanted to tell them she loved them. She also told her mom that she loved her, and wanted her to tell her Dad that she loved him as well. She then said she wished she could be strong like her mom, and mom advised that she could be if she would stay away from drugs. Lauren said that if she ever got out of whatever she was in now, she would never do drugs again. Torie, Lauren's mom, could hear what sounded like a black man in the background saying you don't need to be calling and she hollered back at him that she needed to tell her kids she loved them. She again told her mom she loved her and that she was sorry.  That was the last time her mom heard her voice. Support the show (https://form.jotform.com/201914166079962)
