プラユキ・ナラテボー（Phra Yuki Naradevo）1962年、埼玉県生まれ。タイ・スカトー寺副住職。上智大学卒業後、タイのチュラロンコン大学大学院に留学し、農村開発におけるタイ僧侶の役割を研究。1988年、瞑想指導者として有名なルアンポー・カムキアン師のもとで出家。以後、開発僧として、瞑想指導者として活動。日本でも各地の大学や寺院での講演から、有志による瞑想会まで盛況のうちに開催されている。個人面談も重視しており、これまでに1万人以上の人たちの心のケアをし、自他の抜苦与楽のための智慧を与え続ける。著書に『「気づきの瞑想」を生きる』（佼成出版社）、監訳書に『「気づきの瞑想」で得た苦しまない生き方』（佼成出版社）、共著に『仏教サイコロジー』（サンガ新社）、『悟らなくたって、いいじゃないか 普通の人のための仏教・瞑想入門』（幻冬舎新書）など多数ある。NHK『こころの時代』、『宗教の時間』などに出演。【プラユキ・ナラテボー師のHP・瞑想会・個人面談・X】https://x.com/phrayuki...https://blog.goo.ne.jp...#仏教#プラユキさん#タイ仏教【よがゆるTV「LINE公式アカウント」】https://line.me/R/ti/p/%40362utfxy
