Joan Wasser goes by the stage-name Joan As Police Woman. She writes arresting music. For William Dart, there's no point resisting - he goes along quietly with her 2018 album Damned Devotion.

Marc Ribot is one of the world's great guitarists that you've possibly never heard of. As a session musician he's played with almost everybody. In 2018, he released a solo album of his own - a fiercely political collection called Songs of Resistance 1942-2018.
