Welcome to our very first episode of Smart Women Connect - an open and honest discussion on health, wealth and relationships as we age. Just a short welcome from your hosts, Sarah Aspinall and Virginia Czarnocki - we're both mums, married, ex lawyers, entrepreneurs, fitness and coaching professionals and in our 40s. Virginia is in the final months of her 40s and rocking into the 50s. "How did that happen?" she says. "I don't feel old enough."We can't wait to share all the information us women need as we hit peri-menopause, menopause and then rock the rest. Just because you're 40 plus, it doesn't mean life is over. You can absolutely still crush it and continue to do so.
