Il y en donc désormais une quatrième : Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, 50 ans, a été nommée hier à ce poste par le roi Mohammed VI. « La nomination de la cheffe de file du PAM, le Parti authenticité et modernité, intervient après la victoire de sa formation aux législatives du 23 septembre, précise le site marocain Yabiladi, avec 97 des 395 sièges de la Chambre des représentants. El Mansouri doit maintenant s'atteler à constituer une majorité gouvernementale en négociant avec les partis représentés au Parlement ». « Avec cette nouvelle fonction, pointe le magazine Tel Quel, Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri ajoute une troisième corde à son arc, et pas n'importe laquelle. Elle était déjà "raïssa" (maire) du conseil communal de Marrakech et, dans les faits, la véritable patronne du PAM ». Tel Quel qui qualifie la nouvelle Première ministre de « crainte, respectée, et parfois cassante ». Proche des cercles du pouvoir Tout commence pour elle en politique en 2009, relate le Desk, autre site marocain : elle a alors 33 ans. « Le conseil communal de Marrakech, sa ville natale, la porte à sa présidence. (…) Deux ans plus tard, elle est l'une des rares voix au gouvernement à faire son mea culpa, alors qu'une partie de la génération Z proteste contre les inégalités territoriales et la déliquescence des secteurs de l'éducation et de la santé. "Si nous avions réussi, cette colère n'existerait pas. Elle recevra une délégation du RNI, le Rassemblement national des indépendants, puis celle du Parti de l'Istiqlal ». Les deux formations qui sont arrivées juste derrière le PAM à l'issue des législatives. D'autres consultations devraient suivre. In the 1980s, a group of friends on the track team at Sul Ross State University hauled a discarded dorm room desk to the top of a mountain. They left a notebook there to keep track of their run times and leave little notes for each other. Then… other people found it. And then… it started a tradition. Spending most of your day sitting increases your risk of chronic disease and early death, but taking a five-minute walk every hour is a simple habit that helps counter many of those harmful effects Researchers found that hourly walking breaks offered the best balance between meaningful health benefits and a routine that people could realistically maintain, while also improving mood and reducing fatigue without hurting work performance You don't need to reach 10,000 daily steps before your health improves; increasing your daily total to about 4,000 to 4,500 steps was associated with substantial reductions in the risk of death and cardiovascular disease The lowest long-term risk of death was associated with accumulating roughly 9,000 to 10,500 steps each day, even among people whose jobs required them to spend much of the day sitting The greatest protection comes from combining two habits: interrupt long periods of sitting with regular walking breaks and gradually increase your total daily steps until active movement becomes part of your everyday routine
