For our season one finale, we go back to the place where Spicetown was conceived: Howlin' Ray's. The hot chicken shop has practically taken over Los Angeles, and chef/co-founder Johnny Ray Zone shows off his encyclopedic knowledge of peppers and spice while explaining his personal connection with hot chicken.
