In our Introduction/Pilot Episode, Heidi and Araceli hold a general conversation about mental and spiritual health. Mental Illness is at an all-time high. Experts revel in the stats, but the general public overlook the severity and personal part of the issue. This is the introduction episode of a 3 part series on Mental Health and it's connection to spiritual realities (spiritual oppression, Spiritual Warfare). In this first segment, we want to bring forth some facts, stats and relevant Scripture on mental health. Also, by sharing personal experiences and God's Word, we want to begin to break the stigma on mental illness, and pave a way for knowledge, understanding in emotional, physical and spiritual struggles.
