Gilliland discusses claims from hackers regarding the creation of bioweapons in Ukraine intended for use against Russia, funded by billionaire eugenicists and the CIA. Spiritual Warfare and the "Demiurge" Gilliland describes a "bifurcation of worlds" where humanity must choose between the path of Universal Law (peace, freedom, and prosperity) and the path of the "Demiurge" (war, disease, and tyranny). He identifies "Archons" and "Satanic Luciferians" as the forces behind social engineering, gender division, and the destruction of the family unit.
