This is my returning episode to my podcast. I know I’ve been gone for a minute but, it was for a reason. I’ve been busy with work and classwork but now I have returned to my love. In this podcast we speak on the young and empowering Zaya Wade. I made a slip within the podcast but quickly corrected myself because I want NO one to disrespect this gracious young lady. In within the podcast I speak about why so many people are so worried about her and what she prefers to be called as an trans woman. Why can’t we just support her and love on her instead of being against her because her way of life goes against y’all views. I end it off with this, in order for us to get equality from outside our community we have to give that same equality within our community
On this episode a special guest of mines Keziyah joins, and we speak about why cancel culture isn’t a thing, why it’s so easy to appropriate black culture, and how we have to actually support black business instead of expecting handouts. On this episode I speak on Ari Lennox, Teyana Taylor, and Blue Ivy being more victims added to the featurism and colorism stake. While speaking on that I give meaningful advice one why we shouldn’t cape for our people in the wrong and shun our people when they’re in the right. This episode is truly important because I’ve been wanting to speak on why black cis born/trans women are the most disrespected people in the world and why do we care for people and their ignorance. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
On tonight’s short podcast I speak on fat shaming and how fatphobia is truly a thing. I mistakenly forgot about lizzo in the process because this wasn’t a planned thing, but I do want to say it’s so rude to speak down on her as well solely because she’s a heavy set girl. If we’re going to criticize these women within the music industry lets do it based off their craft not their looks or the weight that they bring to the table. Lets spread love and positivity to these women not hate, they get enough of that already. Anyway continue to download the anchor app, it doesn’t just benefit me it also benefits all future podcasters and podcast listeners. Also I’m so thankful for the 14 listeners I’ve received I love y’all so much sucka gang and keep supporting me
