Hi friends! Thank you for tuning in for another episode of Tailor Made! Today, Bethany is behind the mic. This friend is bright, resilient, and inspiring. She loves being active, sending time with her sister Maddy, and throughly enjoys sipping on some good coffee! I am taken back by the amount of trials, but also joys, she has experienced this past year. With her mom passing away from brain cancer this past summer, Bethany explains in this podcast the amount of pain she has gone through in this loss. In that pain, however, Bethany feels peace. Why peace? How? Bethany's answer is "Jesus". Out of the loss of her mom, I have loved being able to watch Bethany speak into other's with grace and love. This episode is a heavy one, but I truly hope it's an episode that gives you a perspective of how special life really is. My time with JJ was all around FUN! When you feel like you’re waiting for the next chapter in your life, JJ relates to that COMPLETELY. A lot of growth happens in the “waiting” and balancing two passions in life is stretching, but so worth it. JJ is a gifted story teller, actor, and worship leader. But on a more serious note, Aubree is resilient. I admire how she is so aware of other people’s needs. She has loved me with no limits in really hard seasons, as well as great seasons. Corinne Weber (@corinnerecovery) is an author, speaker, and survivor. “Survivor” is meant to be a strong and real word because Corinne courageously conquered a hard and real battle with anorexia. In this episode of Tailor Made she speaks on that season of her life, along with her journey in and through her relationship with Jesus. My second guest on Tailor Made is my dear friend Emily Noble. Emily is a passionate communicator, beautiful writer, and compassionate friend. I can't forget to mention that she is a rad Trader Joe's employee. (Thank you for getting me hooked on their bomb plantain chips!!!) In this episode, Emily touches on what it looks like to trust God in the unknown of transitions and to fully engage in God's calling on your life. She also mentions that by knowing yourself, it changes the game in your relationship with God.
