In this special three-part miniseries into mental health, Jalen Ray sits down with mental health specialist Adrienne Doaks to talk about her mental health journey and what it is like to work in that field. We will discuss ways that our community can improve in destigmatizing the conversation. 

In this episode of Take a Shot, Jalen Ray sits down and talks with three of his college friends on being young Black Women in America. Jalen Ray was able to have an open and honest conversation with these young ladies and get into an in-depth conversation about their lives and mindsets. I am so thankful that these ladies could take time out of their day to join us. With COVID-19 running around, we had to do this episode a little different, but we still had the conversation. Remember, y'all this conversation doesn't just end here. We must keep this conversation going with our friends and families. So are you ready to Take a Shot?
