i can't be the only one who feels like they're constantly separating and fragmenting the different sides of me... right? life before, during, and after the pandemic was surely difficult for all of us, and it's forced me to confront this one thing i keep doing to myself, as well as how much it directly affected my mental health. let's talk about it!
you know what isn't as glamorous as it appears? moving out. i had for so long yearn for my independence and building a life and home that felt uniquely mine. except that moving came with the very harsh reality of having to confront myself in those spaces of deep deafening silence– so let's talk about it!
today i wanted to talk about my current mission to make reading part of my life again, instead of my entire life– from taking my time with books and reading them slower, all the way to being intentional with how i'm choosing what to read and the stressors that plagued me as a creator. hope you enjoy!
