Top Of The Row visits with songwriter Kirsti Manna and producer Bill Warner. Kirsti wrote Blake Shelton's first #1 hit, "Austin". She performs that hit along with a few other wonderful songs. We were fortunate to have her on the show with her husband Bill Warner. Bill is a great producer here in Nashville. They talk about several of the projects that they are involved with here in the music city right her on Top Of The Row.
