The title of Tori Martin's new release, “Lost In The Country”, is inspired by all the things she loves about getting out in the middle of it, off the grid, and not just living the lifestyle but letting the listener get lost in American country music. With a foot stompin' dance inducing track, along with sing-a-long lyrics and an infectious melody, “Lost In The Country”, will certainly capture listeners everywhere. Tori Martin, brings a fresh perspective and a sense of authenticity with her every time she hits the stage. Sharp sophistication meets humble nature, for this true entertainer who is equal parts exciting and relatable. She dazzles with her high energy performance numbers but is just as confident stripped back allowing her powerhouse vocals to shine. From early life on the sunny shores of Florida, to establishing family roots in Texas, each and every moment had a profound influence on the artist she is today. Her story begins at a little country & western bar called Desperado's. Tori's Paw-Paw was the proprietor of that bar and also happened to be a fiercely passionate music fan. He raised her on the classics, like Johnny Cash and Tammy Wynette, and was the first in her family to recognize her talents. When she was just 8 years old, his belief was further bestowed upon her when he purchased her a guitar further encouraging her to follow her dreams. That set the trajectory for the rest of her life. Having to move frequently comes with growing up a military kid. While no easy feat, it proved to be the perfect training ground for a career in entertainment. Tori shares: “Some of the greatest things I've learned from being a military brat is honor and perseverance. I strive to do all things with honor and excellency in my music career.” She first found her voice at a local church, but the now seasoned performer had the opportunity to hone her skills as a teenager around the Texas Opry house circuit. Tori fondly recalls that experience: “They're a dying breed now, but the Opry houses had some of the best musicians there were to offer. They were slick and helped me get used to playing with a great band at a young age. I sang country standards and it really made me fall in love with the genre more at that age.” It was the success that she found in Texas that propelled her to move to Nashville – and in 2017, she took a leap of faith without knowing a single soul. Armed with the positive outlook and life motto of “just show up,” she put herself out there and quickly began hanging in circles with some of Nashville's most awarded songwriters. It was a chance meeting at a mixer that led to working with producer, Bill Warner. She signed to the Nashville based indie label, LuckySky Music, and together they are carving a path that is uniquely her own. Her latest single, Steppin' In It, has a modern traditional country sound, steeped in her roots as a singer and true blue Texan. Armed with the confidence and courage to leave a mark on the format, the future proves promising for the young entertainer as she prepares to bring single, Lucky, to radio this summer. She explains: “My greatest dream is to share what I love to do with the world, and that is to sing and make music. I love to be on stage and connect with my fans. To me, that's home.” When she's not on the road, Tori enjoys spending time with her husband and their two golden retrievers, Duke and Daisy. Always on the pursuit to express herself creatively, she is also a talented and experienced interior designer. #torimartin #lostinthecountry #countrysinger #chrispomay #livewithcdp #wqee Want to create live streams like this? Today's Topics: 1) Gospel - Lk 16:1-8- Jesus said to His disciples, "A rich man had a steward who was reported to him for squandering his property. He summoned him and said, 'What is this I hear about you? Prepare a full account of your stewardship, because you can no longer be my steward.' The steward said to himself, 'What shall I do, now that my master is taking the position of steward away from me? I am not strong enough to dig and I am ashamed to beg. I know what I shall do so that, when I am removed from the stewardship, they may welcome me into their homes.' He called in his master's debtors one by one. To the first he said, 'How much do you owe my master?' He replied, 'One hundred measures of olive oil.' He said to him, 'Here is your promissory note. Sit down and quickly write one for fifty.' Then to another he said, 'And you, how much do you owe?' He replied, 'One hundred measures of wheat.' He said to him, 'Here is your promissory note; write one for eighty.' And the master commended that dishonest steward for acting prudently. For the children of this world are more prudent in dealing with their own generation than the children of light." Bill WarnerI had the immense pleasure of spending time with Bill at his wonderful new car garage in Jacksonville Florida, the Monday after The Amelia weekend.Known internationally as the man who founded the Amelia Concours d'Elegance 28 years ago, Bill recently sold the Concours to Hagerty so they might lead it into the next era.Bill truly was the pulse of the event for so many of us that visited year after year. His extraordinary knowledge of not just the cars but the people involved, is legendary. He can recall the names of every driver in a certain race, what happened and why. As someone that can't remember my own last race, it always blows me away! But the story of Bills obsession and passion for cars and racing goes back to his extensive career as a top motorsports photographer and writer for Road & Track magazine since 1971 and has images on his walls that show he really was there, right in the heart of the action. Andretti, McQueen, Gregg, Haywood. Everyone!Bill is a charming and entertaining raconteur , a successful businessman and I feel very fortunate to have had this opportunity to catch up with him. And also, to call him a friend. JB
Tonight's guest has been around automobiles his entire life. On weekends, he worked as a “gopher” for the dealership racing team and became enthralled with motor racing. His photographs and writing have appeared in Road & Track, Car and Driver, Autoweek, The Atlantic Monthly, Automobile, Automotor und Sport, Classic & Sportscar, Porsche Panorama, and Forza to mention a few. He has competed in the Cannonball Baker Sea-to-Shining-Sea Memorial Trophy Dash known to many of us as just “The Cannonball Run” as well as the Firestone/Firehawk series, winning the IMSA Media Challenge (for racing journalists) in 1984-1986. And if that wasn't enough he also restores and collects interesting cars. Who exactly are we talking about? Acclaimed author, photographer, racer, car collector and all around petrol-head… none other than Bill Warner, who in 1996, also founded the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance near his home of Jacksonville, Florida. And we welcome him to Break/Fix to share some amazing stories with all of you. This episode is sponsored in part by Garage Style Magazine. Since 2007, GSM has been the definitive source for car collectors, continually delivering information about Automobilia, Petroliana, Events and more... because after all, what doesn't belong in your garage?

WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca has a diverse annual motorsports calendar. It began this year in April with the Trans Am Superfest and continues through mid-October with the Velocity Invitational. Next month is the busiest time of the year with the iconic facility heavy into the mix of Monterey Auto Week. Barry Toepke, Director of Heritage Events & Public Relations at WeatherTech Raceway, is our guest this week on The Weekly Driver Podcast. A guest three times previously, Toepke shares with co-host Bruce Aldrich in Episode #233 the upcoming schedule, notably the Monterey Pre-Reunion (Aug. 13-14) and Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion (Aug. 17-20). The annual Reunion, according to raceway officials, is a "museum revving to life with hundreds of historic and period-correct race and sports cars from nearly every era." WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca is approaching its busiest of the season, Monterey Auto Week. Besides the usual collections of vintage racing, the venue this year is the official start of a year-long celebration of the 100th anniversary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Barry Toepke, Director of Heritage Events & Public Relations at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. Cultivated from private collections or museums and no longer driven in competition, more the 50 vehicles with pedigrees as overall winners or first in class at LeMans will be highlighted in a heritage legends building. The cars' histories will also be detailed in video, historic images and storyboards. The first Porsche (1970) and the last Ferrari (1965) to win the overall title will be included in the historic display. "It will arguably be the largest collection of authentic Le Mans-winning cars ever in one place in America," said Toepke. "We'll be the kickoff launch event for a year-long celebration. It's quite an honor and we don't take it lightly." Representatives of the race held yearly in June on the Circuit de la Sarthe have been invited to the festivities. Motorsports Reunion officials recently announced Tom Kristensen of Denmark, the record-holding, nine-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans will serve as Grand Marshal and will autograph sessions. The previous week at WeatherTech Raceway more than 300 historic race cars, most competing days later in the Reunion, will get valuable track time in a more relaxed and less-crowded environment. The field is comprised of carefully selected entries by our selection committee. Bruce and James also discuss with Toepke the upcoming Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey (Sept. 9-11) as well as the selection of Bill Warner as Chief Steward, a newly created position. Topics include: - Islam is dualistic because ideas can contradict each other but both be both true. - I don't talk about Muslims, only the doctrine they believe. They call themselves “Believers.” - I am not anti-Muslim and do not criticize Muslims. I only study the doctrine of Islam - The role of science in studying Islamic doctrine - Islamic ethics - The importance of a story in understanding the Koran - Much of the history of Islam cannot be found in historic texts
I originally discovered Dr. Bill Warner (www.cspii.org) in the course of my search to learn as much accurate information as I could about the religion of Islam. Islamic population is over 2 billion members worldwide, the second largest religion in 2021, projected to become the largest by or before 2050. My interest in learning about all the major religions is to understand cultures and beliefs to look for common themes that would allow people to live in peace and cooperation, as well as beliefs that would make that achievement more difficult. I found Dr. Warner's work to be uniquely valuable as a way to go much deeper into the three primary Islamic scriptures, the Koran, the Sira and the Hadith. His books are great tools for navigating these texts, and are done without injecting his personal beliefs, to get direct understanding of the teachings of Mohammed and Allah, straight from the scriptures themselves. Being a non-Muslim or "Kafir" himself, Dr. Warner has some serious concerns over the fact that Mohammed and Allah condone doing some very unpleasant things to non-Muslims, including murder, rape, enslavement and subjugation, although Allah and Mohammed point out that non-Muslims can easily avoid these things by simply converting to Islam (extensive details and textual references in Dr. Warner's books, available at his website: www.politicalislam.com/shop. What I have found among my own Muslim friends has been that most of them have never thoroughly read their scriptures, just as most Jews, Christians and members of other major religions have not thoroughly read their scriptures either. Most are basically good people and do not look at the people of other religions as inferior or hated by God, even if their scriptures say so.
0:16 This Covid thing is going to be a year 0:24 Pebble Beach is a pipe dream. 0:57 What if you had a concours for toy cars, judged by concours judges? Paul Russell, Ken Gross, Bill Warner... they're not doing anything, just like me 3:01 I was thinking CONCOURS ON THE CARPET. 4:38 in the first round, we had 285 entrants 7:48 we started getting people that have won Pebble multiple times as entrants 9:28 the stories these people told about their toy cars 11:48 raised over 100 grand for charities 12:42 we got nominated for an Octane Award. We were in the same league with Peterson Virtual Concours. So I felt like we did pretty well by just showing up and being mentioned.
Hosts Steve Rinaldo and Jim Weber speak with their guest Bill Warner, aka Mr. Amelia Island.
In our June show we present our new bit of opinionated waffle called “Corridors of Power” where the team each pick their favourite F1 livery of all time and Paul Tarsey has the difficult job of picking an overall winner! Joe Bradley looks back at the Donington Historic Festival with Motor Racing Legends boss Duncan Wiltshire and we find out from Paul Jurd about about the trials and tribulations of getting race cars to Monaco with the new post-Brexit regulations.

CSPII - Center For The Study Of Political Islam International
Political Islam has a growing impact on our everyday life and presents a significant challenge to the cornerstones of non-Islamic society. Every day, we are witness to violence, suppression and growing political demands in the name of Islam. Very often, we also hear that similar actions are but a misinterpretation of the Islamic ideology and that the true Islam is something completely different. What is the true nature of Islam? This can be revealed in a statistical analysis of the source texts of Islam conducted by American scientist Dr. Bill Warner. Putting the Islamic doctrine to statistical analysis is a reliable method that sheds light on the true nature of these texts and brings significant data into the discussion about Political Islam. For instance, we can easily describe how the Islamic doctrine approaches the Kafir or what status it attributes to women. We do not need to rely on opinions of political, academic or spiritual authorities any more. We can use facts now.

Several years ago, I realized there were big holes in my understanding of Islam, that needed to be filled with accurate information. Understanding the scriptures of Islam and how they are interpreted by various groups within the more than 1.3 billion followers seemed more essential to me than ever. This was partly because of the U.S. policy since 9/11 to invade Islamic countries in the Middle East, and destroy their infrastructures and economies, pretending this was being done to "fight terrorism." Religious terrorism was a calculated result of the US and allied invasions and attacks on Middle East countries, partly because it is condoned and encouraged to be carried out against non-Muslims be the three primary scriptures of Islam. Mohammed explained this in detail and did his best in life to set an example of what should be done (if they won't convert) to non-Muslims, who are called "kafirs." To be able to get through the scriptures (Koran, Sira and Hadith) and clearly understand what they say, in correct context of the time line of Mohammed's life, it really helps, in fact it's essential, to have some guidance with all the specific references put in order and proper relation to each other. Dr. Bill Warner (www.politicalislam.com), has done this in a form that makes the Islamic scriptures accessible and understandable to anyone. His books, available on the website just mentioned, are highly recommended, not just for non-Muslims, but for everyone who wants to understand Islam from a logical, unbiased and scientific point of view. Most of my Muslim friends, like most of the people I know from other religions, have never fully read their own scriptures, and would benefit greatly from Dr. Warner's books that go thoroughly through all 3 Islamic Scriptures. Dr. Warner has just completed a new book, Measuring Mohammed, that is sure to add even more depth of understanding of Mohammed and Islam.

At Lost Arts Radio, we are grateful for every chance we get to honor heroic people, and that is happening this Sunday. Last week we were fortunate to enjoy the return of Dr. Bill Warner, who is courageously spreading real knowledge of what Islam really is, according to its founder, prophet Mohammed. This led us into more in-depth discussions of programming in general, how we are controlled by, and sometimes become devoted to, programs that hurt us and others. Once this phenomenon is understood, the obvious question is, how can one break free of the programming we are living with, if we realize it is destructive. This can seem like an almost impossible task, considering not only our own fear of leaving what is our familiar source of security but also the intense peer pressure that exists in many situation. For example, as Dr. Warner has pointed out in Mohammed's own words, if you are a Muslim and try to leave the religion, you need to be killed. Women (and sometimes men) within the religion can be killed for the sake of honor, for much less than actual apostasy (leaving Islam). Does breaking free of a system that threatens you with death if you try it seem impossible? If we answer "yes," we underestimate the power of the human spirit. Sandra Solomon (www.voiceofsandrasolomon.com) is one of the incredible women who has done it, and is here to educate and support others that want to be free. She says it is possible, and her words carry the weight of her real-life demonstration. Listen in to the show this Sunday and meet a real-life heroine, but don't take it as a cue to put her or anyone else up on a pedestal. The point of course is that you are the hero or heroine, the real hope of humanity. Standing against opposition from others takes courage, but letting go of your own fear and becoming an example to empower others takes much more.
Lost Arts Radio has been privileged to produce a series of programs with Dr. Bill Warner (www.politicalislam.com), discussing the primary elements of Islam. So far we have included shows on the life of Mohammed, the position of women in Islam, slavery and much more. This is not because we are favoring Islam over other religions. Actually my personal feeling is that learning about all the major religions and any non-major ones of interest to you is a great addition to your program of self-education that should last all your life. The reason I was looking for an expert to help us learn particularly about Islam, is that Islam has become a major factor in current world and national events. The corporate mainstream news media is well coordinated with government to give a very limited view of what Islam actually teaches, and what is its role in the world today, particularly with respect to the international immigration issue. My feeling is that no one is better qualified to tell us what Islam really is than the Prophet Mohammed. That has been Dr. Bill Warner's special focus for many years, and he has done an incredible service to humanity by making the original teachings of Mohammed readily accessible to anyone willing to read his books (available at www.politicalislam.com). They are short, easy to understand, thoroughly cross-referenced to Islam's three primary scriptures, and they put the reader directly in touch with the original message of Mohammed, who talked about most areas of life, so that guessing what he actually meant is not required.

When I first realized that even though I had read the Koran once through, I knew next to nothing about Islam, because I hadn't really been able to digest what I read, I knew I had a responsibility to learn more. I looked for Islamic scholars to be on the show. They didn't have to be officially known, just Muslims who had deep knowledge of their faith and could explain it to those not knowledgeable about Islam. I talked to several Muslim friends very well versed and intelligent. None of them would come on as guests, because they were afraid. That struck me as strange, and I did not understand it until later. You will understand it after Sunday's show. Fortunately I heard Dr. Bill Warner (www.politicalislam.com) interviewed on Alex Jones' show and realized immediately he had done something great. He had broken down not only the Koran but the other Muslim scriptures as well, and made them accessible to anyone wanting to know more on the subject. I happen to believe teaching about Islam in non-Islamic countries is a great idea. Not to promote conversion to Islam or any other religion, but to let people know from the original scriptures what Islam teaches. It has become a primary focus of current events, and too many of us know practically nothing about it. So tonight, we have lesson #7 from Dr. Warner, in our series on Islam, and this one focuses on the scripture many think is the only holy book of Islam, the Koran. I hope you get a lot out of Dr. Warner's presentation. If you want access to Dr. Warner's excellent books on Islam and other learning tools, see them on his site, www.politicalislam.com. I hope you enjoy Sunday's show. Join me, your host Richard Sacks, every week for fascinating discussions, amazing guests and useful information that you will not want to miss.

This Sunday on our Christmas Day show, which just happens to also be show #100 for the Lost Arts Radio weekly guest discussion program, Dr. Bill Warner, expert in Islam, returns to focus on the issue of slavery in Islam. This series of lessons, which Dr. Warner has graciously agreed to offer exclusively to our listeners free of charge, is an opportunity to learn more about the history and tenets of one of the most widespread belief systems on the planet today. Slavery is often seen by non-Muslims as a destructive and harmful practice. But what did Mohammed teach about slavery and what did he practice? Who did he say should be enslaved, and how should they be treated? The reason for going into these important questions, and all those we have been examining since the beginning of this series (archives here) is that we have a serious situation unfolding in the world today, in which massive waves of terrorist crimes are being committed in the name of Islam, including invasion, murder, rape, theft, carjacking, and other terrorist acts. We need to know if Mohammed actually advocated these things. If he did not, we need to set the record straight. If he did, we have a serious issue to look at: if you are ordered by your belief system to harm other human beings, other than in self-defense, and there is tremendous peer pressure on you to commit these acts, what do you do? The pressure on you is to go along with the group. But what if the group is telling you to do things you know inside yourself are wrong? Everyone is faced with this kind of question is some way during their lifetime. Muslims are facing it now, and few are publicly condemning the rampant terrorism. Why? What is going on behind the scenes in this intense and dangerous drama? Let's see if Dr. Warner has some clues.

Lesson #4, on the teachings of Islam, happens on this Sunday's show with Dr. Bill Warner (www.politicalislam.com). Dr. Warner will discuss the subject of women and their place in the world according to Islam. As was the case in the first three lessons on Islam, this will not be about women according to Islamic scholars, Imams, or commentators from other religions. Instead, this will be a discussion of women according to Mohammed and Allah, the ultimate authorities in all matters of Islam. Yes, Lost Arts Radio is still a health show, so why are we talking about a major world religion? Because at this time in history, the spread of Islam by violent invasion is being supported and funded by the U.S. government and its allies in Europe and the Middle East, with massive implications for the health of every human being and even other life forms on our planet. Whether you are a member of the Muslim religion, or a Kafir (these are the only two categories of people recognized to exist by Islam), this religion is affecting your health on many levels right now, and is likely to do so much more in the near future. For this reason, Lost Arts Radio is offering you a chance to really learn what Islam teaches, instead of your having to rely on hearsay and the opinions of those that actually do not know, inside or outside of the belief system itself. If you have missed the first three lessons in this series, you will want to go back in the Lost Arts Radio archives and listen to them when you get a chance, to fill in the gaps in your knowledge of this important subject. Many Americans are complaining that Islam is being taught to children now in public school. But Lost Arts Radio agrees that children and adults should be taught what Islam is all about. The difference is, we believe it should be the truth.
This Sunday, Dr. Bill Warner (www.politicalislam.com) returns to Lost Arts Radio to give us our third lesson on Islam, so that we can better understand its history and current impact on the world, and on the lives of both Muslims and non-Muslims, or "Kafirs" as they are known in Muslim scriptures. If you missed the first two discussions in this series, I urge you to listen to them first when you get time, and then hear the one Dr. Warner will present Sunday evening. Islam is playing a huge role in the world, particularly today as mass migration, primarily of Muslims, takes place into western Europe and America, with major political and social implications. There is no question that this is a huge health issue on many levels, not only physical. As censorship in America ramps up, Lost Arts Radio is making an attempt to help fill in some of the gaps in information and understanding that occur when most of what we hear comes from media that is owned and controlled by only a few giant global corporations. Our series on the raw vegan approach to health with Dr. Cousens is now nearing its end, but it has set a pattern that we will be following with many other areas of health-related information. This series on Islam will help many people check what they have heard about Islam from other sources, against what comes direct from its primary source scriptures. The more we know about what is going on in the world around us and all the various approaches to life, the better informed decisions we are able to make for ourselves, and that affects others around us in a positive way. This Sunday Dr. Bill Warner (www.politicalislam.com), expert on the religion and politics of Islam, will return to Lost Arts Radio to resume our "Islam 101" course. Lost Arts Radio is in full agreement with the U.S. federal government that Islam should be taught to American students of all ages. But we are not advocating teaching Islam or any other religion in order to encourage anyone to agree with its tenets or join as a member, that is an individual decision and is each person's free and independent choice. Rather, the reason that everyone, including Muslims, needs to accurately understand the teachings of Mohammed and Allah as detailed in Islam's three scriptures, the Koran, the Sira and the Hadith, is that the U.S. governments and other governments are supporting the spread of Islam via immigration and violence all over western Europe and the U.S. Media and government "leaders" have clearly been instructed to cover up the crimes that Muslim invaders are committing in the name of their religion, so that the public will not catch on to the fact that this is a globalist-sponsored systematic destruction of nations and cultures, using Islam as a weapon in the campaign. This Sunday Dr. Bill Warner (www.politicalislam.com) returns to Lost Arts Radio for a series of educational discussions on the aspects of Islam that all of us, Muslim and non-Muslim, need to understand. After Dr. Warner's visit with Lost Arts on June 19th, I realized I just had not understood the Koran when I read it, and that understanding is critical as the current world events unfold around us. Terrorists committing atrocities in the name of Islam have been armed, trained and funded by US and NATO governments, to help destabilize society and make us beg for total tyranny for our own safety. Are the terrorists "radical Muslims," or just Muslims following the dictates of the sacred books of Islam exactly? The truth is that we are all human beings, members of one family no matter what our belief systems might be. The global rulers want us to hate each other, to help them achieve their goal of total destruction. Rather than play into their hands, we have a better option. Are we strong enough to rise above programming, and refuse to destroy each other and ourselves? Education gives us a better chance to make a good decision. Some of the forbidden subjects we are not supposed to even discus, are among the most important for us to learn. On Lost Arts Radio, we are focused on real health education for all of our listeners. This includes many areas of investigation where accurate knowledge is very hard to come by, in societies dominated by the drug-centered medical industry and its government agency partners, whose main goals are to increase the industry profits and the agendas of those in control of government. These goals are not attained by allowing real health information into the hands of the public. Our shows cover natural approaches to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. It is clear that there is very little in our world that is not in some way related to our health, and especially now, that definitely includes Islam and what is occurring with mass Muslim immigration across the western world. When we see that just about everything affects our health in some way, this is certainly true in the economic and political realms. At the present time, those who control the U.S. and European governments are running programs to bring in large numbers of immigrants, bypassing the normal immigration process. It is known that significant numbers of these immigrants are terrorists who intend to destroy western culture and replace it with their own. Our leaders know this. It can be witnessed by anyone paying attention to what is going on, who gets access to raw video footage and local reports on this ongoing invasion that is supported by those who run the countries being invaded. The well being of the populations of those countries has been abandoned by their "leaders."
