Sharing the details of a conversation that I had today with a colleague another business owner. We were exchanging our experiences as business owners. I was saying how the person I am today in business and in life has been forged through the struggles I have lived in my life so far. I was also saying that it is important to remember that everyone is journey is personal to them. We should embrace our individuality because it is what makes us who we are.
